Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF THE DIET OF ELDERLY HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE PEKAUMAN BANJARAMASIN HEALTH CENTER YEAR 2024 Vitha sari1 , Aulia Rachman2 , Sr.Anastasia Maratning3 [email protected] ABSTRACT Background: Diet is a person's habit of consuming fatty foods, especially saturated fat and cholesterol, which is one type of food that can cause hypertension. Unhealthy and excessive eating patterns can cause disease. Research Objective: To find out the Overview of the Diet of Elderly Hypertension Patients in the work area of the Banjarmasin pekauman health center in 2024. Research Methods: This research uses a quantitative descriptive design. The sample in this study was 64 elderly respondents with hypertension using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate analysis with the frequency distribution formula. Results: The results of research describing the eating patterns of elderly hypertensive sufferers in the Pekauman Banjarmasin Community Health Center working area showed that there were 62 people (96.9%) in the healthy eating pattern category and 2 people (3.1%) in the unhealthy eating pattern category. Conclusion: The diet of elderly people suffering from hypertension in the Pekauman Banjarmasin Community Health Center working area in 2024 is in the upper majority and the healthy category is 62 (96.9%) Suggestions for maintaining a healthy eating pattern. Pola makan yang tidak sehat dan berlebihan dapat menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pola Makan Penderita Hipertensi Lansia diwilayah kerja puskesmas pekauman Banjarmasin tahun 2024. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskritif kuantitatif. Sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden lansia penderita hipertensi menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dengan rumus distribusi frekuensi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian gambaran pola makan penderita hipertensi lansia di wilayah kerja puskesmas pekauman banjarmasin didapatkan kategori pola makan yang sehat sebanyak 62 orang (96,9%) dan kategori pola makan tidak sehat yaitu 2 orang (3,1%). Kesimpulan: Pola Makan lansia Penderita Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin Tahun 2024 yaitu mayoratas dan kategori sehat sebanyak 62 (96,9%) Saran untuk lebih mempertahankan pola makan yang sehat.
