Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM URINARIA : INFEKSI SALURAN KEMIH DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA NYERI AKUT PADA TN. SM DI POLI UMUM UPT. PUSKESMAS PURUK CAHU Damaris Taruk Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Dan Profesi Ners Banjarmasin INTISARI Latar belakang: Nyeri saat buang air kecil (disuria), peningkatan frekuensi berkemih dan urgensi untuk buang air kecil, nyeri di daerah suprapubik dan pinggang, demam, hematuria, urin berbau menyengat, serta anoreksia merupakan manifestasi klinis umum yang sering terjadi pada infeksi saluran kemih (ISK). Tujuan: memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan rasa nyaman pasien infeksi saluran kemih di Poli Umum UPT Puskesmas Puruk Cahu Kabupaten Murung Raya. Metode: studi kasus dengan memberikan asuhan keperawatan berbasis eviden based practice teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Hasil : Asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah dengan gangguan sistem urinaria: infeksi saluran kemih dengan masalah keperawatan utama nyeri akut teratasi sebagian. Kesimpulan: pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang menyeluruh dan penerapan relaksasi nafas dalam dapat mengurangi intensitas nyeri akut pada gangguan urinaria: infeksi saluran kemih. PURUK CAHU HEALTH CENTER Damaris Taruk Human Asylum College of Health Sciences, Banjarmasin Nursing and Nursing Profession Study Program ABSTRACT Background: Pain during urination (dysuria), increased urinary frequency and urgency, pain in the suprapubic area and lower back, fever, hematuria, foul-smelling urine, and anorexia are common clinical manifestations often seen in urinary tract infections (UTIs). Objective: To gain an understanding of nursing care in addressing the comfort needs of patients with urinary tract infections at the General Polyclinic of UPT Puskesmas Puruk Cahu, Murung Raya Regency. Method: A case study involving evidence-based practice nursing care with deep breathing relaxation techniques. Results: Surgical-medical nursing care with urinary system disorders: urinary tract infection with the primary nursing problem of acute pain was partially resolved. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care and the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques can reduce acute pain intensity in urinary disorders: urinary tract infections.
