Abstract
GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG PENCEGAHAN STUNTING SELAMA KEHAMILAN DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS PEKAUMAN TAHUN 2024 Ratih Tri Kesuma Dewi1 , Dania Relina Sitompul2 , Selly Kresna Dewi2 e-mail: [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang: Kejadian stunting dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan, keberlanjutan stunting selama kehamilan dapat melahirkan anak stunting. Kejadian anak stunting disebabkan oleh kualitas makanan yang rendah dan kurangnya pengetahuan terkait pemenuhan gizi selama kehamilan. Tujuan: Menggambarkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting selama kehamilan di wilayah Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin tahun 2024 Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif, sampel 71 ibu hamil dan menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan menggunakan analisa data distribusi frekuensi Hasil: Penelitian ini memiliki pengetahuan ibu hamil dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 43 orang (60,6%), sedangkan 18 responden termasuk kategori baik (25,4%), dan 10 responden termasuk dalam kategori kurang (14,1%). Kesimpulan: Mayoritas pengetahuan ibu hamil terkait pencegahan stunting berada pada kategori cukup. Tenaga kesehatan dapat memanfaatkan buku KIA atau meningkatkan pelayanan ANC terkait nutrisi ibu hamil. The incidence of stunted children is caused by low food quality and lack of knowledge related to nutritional fulfillment during pregnancy. Purpose: To describe the knowledge of pregnant women about stunting prevention during pregnancy in the Puskemas Pekauman Banjarmasin in 2024. Method: The research is descriptive quantitative with 71 respondents, that choose with total sampling. The instrument used was a knowledge questionnaire using frequency distribution analysis Result: This study has knowledge of pregnant women in the moderate category as many as 43 people (60.6%), while 18 respondents were in the good category (25.4%), and 10 respondents were in the poor category (14.1%). Conclusion: The majority of pregnant women's knowledge related to stunting prevention is in the moderate category. Health workers can utilize the KIA book or improve antenatal care services related to nutrition for the pregnant women.
