Abstract
EVALUASI DIRI IMPLEMENTASI KOMUNIKASI SBAR VIA TELEPON PERAWAT DOKTER DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD MUARA TEWEH Yulitha Tarakolo ¹ , Lucia Andi Chrismilasari², Septi machelia C.N ³ INTISARI Latar Belakang : Komunikasi efektif merupakan komponen penting untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Komunikasi efektif perawat dan dokter dapat dilakukan dengan metode komunikasi SBAR (Situation, Background, Assesment, Recommendation) dan TBak (Tulis Baca). Didapatkan ada 2 kasus yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi SBAR dan TBak di ruang rawat inap RSUD Muara Teweh. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran implementasi komunikasi SBAR via telepon perawat dokter di ruang rawat inap RSUD Muara Teweh. Metode : Penelitian Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 67 responden, jumlah sampel 30 responden. Sampel diambil menggunakan Stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian mengadopsi SPO dari komunikasi efektif SBAR di RSUD Muara Teweh. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas perawat rawat inap dalam kategori patuh dalam melaksanakan komunikasi SBAR dan TBak yaitu 22 responden (73,33%) dan sebanyak 8 responden (26,66%) tidak patuh melaksanakan komunikasi SBAR dan TBak dari jumlah 30 perawat rawat inap di RSUD Muara Teweh. Kesimpulan : Pelaksanaan komunikasi SBAR dan Tbak di Ruang rawat inap RSUD Muara Teweh yang dilakukan oleh perawat didapatkan hasil dengan kategori baik. Effective communication between nurses and doctors can be done using the SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) and TBak (Write and Read) communication methods. It was found that there were 2 cases related to SBAR and TBak communication in the inpatient room of the Muara Teweh Hospital. Objective: To find out the description of the implementation of SBAR communication via the telephone of a doctor-nurse in the inpatient room of Muara Teweh Hospital. Methods: Quantitative descriptive research with a descriptive research design. The total population is 67 respondents, the total sample is 30 respondents. Samples were taken using Stratified random sampling. The research instrument adopts the SPO from SBAR effective communication at Muara Teweh Hospital. Research Results: The majority of inpatient nurses were in the obedient category in carrying out SBAR and TBak communication, namely 22 respondents (73.33%) and as many as 8 respondents (26.66%) were disobedient in carrying out SBAR and TBak communication from a total of 30 inpatient nurses in RSUD Muara Teweh. Conclusion: The implementation of SBAR and Tbak communication in the inpatient room of Muara Teweh Hospital carried out by nurses obtained results in good categories.
