Abstract

GAMBARAN STATUS EKONOMI KELUARGA YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA USIA 24-60 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TERMINAL DESA SUNGAI LULUT BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2022 Pipit Wahyuni¹, Sapariah Angraini², Dania Relina Sitompul³ INTISARI Latar Belakang : Kasus stunting di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi, sehingga pemerintah berupaya untuk menurunkan angka kejadian stunting. Stunting merupakan kondisi anak balita yang mengalami kekurangan gizi. Seperti kasus yang terjadi di Puskesmas Terminal desa Sungai Lulut, salah satu penyebab terjadinya kasus stunting dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengidentifikasi bagaimana gambaran status ekonomi keluarga yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24-60 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Terminal desa Sungai Lulut. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian survei deskriptif. Teknik sampling accidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 33 responden yang memiliki balita stunting usia 24-60 bulan. Instrument yang digunakan lembaran observasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis penelitian yang telah dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Terminal desa Sungai Lulut Banjarmasin untuk status ekonomi banyak yang masuk dalam kategori status ekonomi ke bawah yaitu sebanyak 26 (78,8%), sedangkan untuk status ekonomi menengah sebanyak 5 (15,2%) dan untuk status ekonomi ke atas sebanyak 2 (6%). Kesimpulan : Gambaran status ekonomi rendah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Terminal desa Sungai Lulut dengan stunting sangat erat kaitannya. Stunting is a condition of children under five who are malnourished. Like the case that occurred at the Sungai Lulut Village Terminal Health Center, one of the causes of stunting cases was influenced by economic factors. Destination Research: Identifying how the picture of the family's economic status that affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-60 months in the working area of the Sungai Lulut Terminal Puskesmas. Methods Research: Descriptive Survey Research. Accidental sampling sampling technique. The sample was 33 respondents who had a 24-60-month-old stunting toddler. The instrument used is sheets of observation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. Research Result: The results of the analysis of research that has been carried out in the working area of the Puskesmas Terminal Sungai Lulut Banjarmasin for many economic statuses that fall into the category of lower economic status as many as 26 (78.8%), while for middle economic status as many as 5 (15.2%) and for economic status and above as much as 2 (6%). Conclusion: An overview of low economic status in the working area of the Sungai Lulut village Terminal Puskesmas center with stunting is very closely related.
