Abstract

GAMBARAN FAKTOR PENDUKUNG DAN PENGHAMBAT MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN DENGAN SISTEM BELAJAR DARING DI STIKES SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2022 Lola Gloria Listhy1 , Chrisnawati2 , Selly Kresna Dewi3 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin, 70119, Indonesia Email : [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang : Pembelajaran daring menjadi solusi terbaik dalam proses belajar mengajar selama pandemi covid-19. Kelancaran proses pembelajaran daring dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang dapat menjadi pendukung maupun penghambat kelancaran dalam pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan penelitian dalam proses pembelajaran di bidang keperawatan itu ada teori, praktek laboratorium dan praktek di rumah sakit, sehingga peneliti ingin melihat apa-apa saja faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam sistem belajar daring ketika mengikuti perkuliahan. Tujuan Penelitian : Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat mahasiswa keperawatan dalam sistem belajar daring di STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian : Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan total sampel 136 Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan semester II – VIII yang diambil dengan purposive sampling, instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner untuk menggali faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat sistem belajar daring. Hasi : Berdasarkan hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan di STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin mempunyai faktor yang mendukung sistem belajar daring dengan kriteria lebih tinggi yaitu sebanyak 129 orang (94,9%), faktor yang tidak mendukung sistem belajar daring sebanyak 7 orang (5,1%). Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat sistem belajar daring memiliki kriteria rendah sebanyak 122 orang (89,7%), faktor yang tidak mengambat sistem belajar daring sebanyak 14 orang (10,3%). Kesimpulan : Mayoritas mahasiswa keperawatan di STIKES Suaka Insan memiliki faktor pendukung lebih tinggi dari faktor penghambat dalam sistem pembelajaran daring. The smoothness of the online learning process is influenced by various factors that can support or hinder the smoothness of online learning. Based on research in the learning process in the field of nursing there are theories, laboratory practices and practices in hospitals, so researchers want to see what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the online learning system when attending lectures. Research Objectives: Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of nursing students in the online learning system at STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin. Research Methods: The method used is descriptive quantitative. With a total sample of 136 students of the Nursing Science Study Program semester II – VIII taken by purposive sampling, the instrument used was a questionnaire to explore the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the online learning system. Results: Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that nursing students at STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin have factors that support the online learning system with higher criteria, namely 129 people (94.9%), factors that do not support the online learning system are 7 people (5.1% ). While the factors that hinder the online learning system have low criteria as many as 122 people (89.7%), the factors that do not hinder the online learning system are 14 people (10.3%). Conclusion: The majority of nursing students at STIKES Suaka Insan have higher supporting factors than inhibiting factors in the online learning system.
