ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH GANGGUAN MUSKULOSKELETAL DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA NYERI AKUT PADA NY.S DI RUANG PEMERIKSAAN UMUM UPT.PUSKESMAS MUARA TEWEH Marina1, Yuni2 , Bernadetha3 123STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin,Jalan zafri zam-zam no.8,Belitung selatan.Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin, Kalimantan selatan 70119 e-mail: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] INTISARI Arthritis gout merupakan salah satu penyakit inflamasi pada sendi yang paling sering di temukan,salah satu tanda dan gejala dari arthritis adalah nyeri sendi, tanpa penanganan yang efektif dapat berkembang menjadi gout akut dan bahkan mengakibatkan gangguan fungsi ginjal berat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mngambarkan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehenshif pada klien Arthritis gout dengan nyeri akut Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus selama 2x8 jam. Dengan masalah nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pecedera biologis. Hasil: Tahap pengkajian keluhan utama klien mengatakan nyeri pada kaki kiri rentang gerak terbatas. Setelah di lakukan sesuai dengan intervensi keperawatan kompres hangat air jahe skala nyeri sendi menurun menjadi 4 secara bertahap. Central Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan 70119 e-mail: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Abstract Gouty arthritis is one of the most common inflammatory diseases of the joints, one of the signs and symptoms of arthritis is joint pain, without effective treatment it can develop into acute gout and even result in severe kidney function disorders. The aim of the research is to describe comprehensive nursing care for gouty arthritis clients with acute pain. This research method uses a case study lasting 2x8 hours. With acute pain problems associated with biological injury agents. Results: In the assessment stage, the client's main complaint stated that pain in the left leg had limited range of motion. After carrying out the nursing intervention with a warm compress of ginger water, the joint pain scale decreased to 4 gradually. Keywords: Gouty Arthritis, Joint Pain, Warm Ginger Water Compress
