Abstract
EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN TEH BUNGA TELANG TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS ALALAK SELATAN BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2024 Rani nur fitrianingsih1 , Ermeisi Er Unja2 , Oktovin3 Email [email protected] INTISARI Latar belakang: Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi merupakan penyakit yang prevalensinya terus meningkat. Kasus hipertensi di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan bahkan menduduki peringkat pertama yaitu mencapai 44,1% dan Kota Banjarmasin memiliki kasus tertinggi yaitu 62.662 kasus pada tahun 2021. Salah satu fasilitas kesehatan di Kota Banjarmasin yaitu Puskesmas Alalak Selatan menangani kasus hipertensi tertinggi kedua. Penanganan hipertensi dilakukan dengan memberikan terapi farmakologi. Akan tetapi, tidak menunjukan penurunan karena penderita tidak patuh minum obat hipertensi. Maka dari itu, terapi non farmakologi dapat menjadi salah satu solusi, salah satunya yang diterapkan oleh peneliti yaitu terapi konsumsi teh bunga telang. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian teh bunga Telang terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas Alalak selatan Banjarmasin tahun 2024. Metode: penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif metode pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jumlah 18 orang. instrument ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Uji statistic yang dugunakan yaitu uji paired sample T-test. Hasil: Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian teh bunga telang terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dengan hasil p-value=0,00 <0,05. Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh pemberian teh bunga Telang terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas Alalak selatan Banjarmasin. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a disease whose prevalence continues to increase. Hypertension cases in South Kalimantan province even ranked first, reaching 44.1% and Banjarmasin City had the highest case of 62,662 cases in 2021. One of the health facilities in Banjarmasin City, namely the South Alalak Health Center, handles the second highest cases of hypertension. Handling hypertension is done by providing pharmacological therapy. However, it does not show a decrease because patients do not comply with taking hypertension medication. Therefore, non-pharmacological therapy can be one of the solutions, one of which is applied by researchers, namely telang flower tea consumption therapy. Research: To determine the effectiveness of giving telang flower tea on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the working area of the Alalak Selatan Banjarmasin health center in 2024. Methods: The research used in this study was quantitative pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The population in this study were 18 people. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with a total of 18 people. this instrument uses an observation sheet. The statistical test used is the paired sample T-test test. Results: The results showed that there was a difference between before and after the administrati on of telang flower tea on blood pressure in patients with hypertension with the results of p-value = 0.00 <0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving telang flower tea on blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the work area of the Alalak South Banjarmasin Health Center.
