Abstract
GAMBARAN PENILAIAN TERHADAP STRESSOR DAN SUMBER KOPING WARGA BINAAN DI LEMBAGA PERMASYARAKATAN KELAS IIA BANJARMASIN Olivia Kristianti¹, Theresia Jamini ², Maria Frani Ayu Andari Diaz² Intisari Latar belakang: tinggal di lembaga pemasyarakatan, warga binaan mengalami masalah-masalah atau stressor psikososial seperti hilangnya privasi, terputusnya hubungan sosial dengan dunia luar, kehilangan pekerjaan dan keharusan untuk taat dan patuh pada aturan yang ditetapkan. Penilaian warga binaan terhadap stressor dan sumber koping yang baik akan sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan lembaga pemasyarakatan. Tujuan: penilaian ini bertujuan untuk menilai stressor dan sumber koping warga binaan di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Kelas IIA Banjarmasin. Metode: desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 warga binaan. Kuesioner untuk mengukur penilaian terhadap stressor dan sumber koping warga binaan digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian, dan analisis data menggunakan statistik univariat. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden binaan LP Kelas IIA Banjarmasin tahun 2022 memiliki penilaian stressor negatif sebanyak 42 (56%) dan memiliki sumber koping kurang baik sebanyak 69 (92%). Kesimpulan: mayoritas warga binaan di Lapas kelas IIA Banjarmasin masih memiliki penilaian terhadao stressor yang negatif dengan sumber koping yang kurang baik. The assessment of inmates on stressors and sources of good coping will greatly affect their ability to adapt to the penitentiary environment. Purpose: this assessment aims to assess the stressors and sources of coping for inmates in Class IIA Penitentiary in Banjarmasin. Method: the design of this research is descriptive quantitative. The samples involved in this study were 75 inmates. Questionnaires to measure assessment of stressors and coping sources of assisted residents were used as a research instrument, and data analysis used univariate statistics. Results: Most of the respondents assisted by Class IIA Banjarmasin prison in 2022 had a negative stressor rating of 42 (56%) and had a source of unfavorable coping of 69 (92%). Conclusion: the majority of inmates in class IIA prison in Banjarmasin still have negative stressors with poor coping.
