Abstract

GAMBARAN KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS KARANG MEKAR BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2022 Risae Apriani¹, Lucia Andi Chrismilasari², Aulia Rachman³ INTISARI Latar Belakang : Jumlah peserta BPJS kesehatan yang aktif di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin pada Tahun 2020 berjumlah 11.628 peserta. Dari beberapa pengguna BPJS kesehatan menyatakan kurang puas dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin. Hal ini akan berdampak negatif bagi pasien yang merasa kurang puas sehingga malas untuk datang berobat dan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, namun berdampak positif jika pasien merasa puas tentu juga akan berdampak baik bagi Puskesmas dimana segi mutu pelayanan telah tercapai atau dianggap baik. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengidentifikasi Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien BPJS Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Random sampling kepada 284 Responden. Hasil : Kepuasan Pasien BPJS di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin Tahun 2022 kategori Puas sebanyak 214 responden (75%) merasa Puas dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin dan 70 responden (25%) merasa Sangat Puas dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Karang Mekar. Kesimpulan : Kepuasan Pasien BPJS terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Banjarmasin Tahun 2022 sebanyak 214 responden (75%) Puas dengan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Karang Mekar Kata Kunci : Kepuasan pasien BPJS, Pelayanan Kesehatan 1. Some of the BPJS health users stated that they were not satisfied with the health services provided by the Karang Mekar Health Center Banjarmasin. This will have a negative impact on patients who feel dissatisfied so they are lazy to come for treatment and do health checks, but have a positive impact if the patient is satisfied of course it will also have a good impact on the Puskesmas where the quality of service has been achieved or is considered good. Research Objectives : Identifying the Description of BPJS Patient Satisfaction with Health Services at Karang Mekar Health Center Banjarmasin Methods : This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey approach. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling to 284 respondents.
