Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDICAL BEDAH GANGGUAN SISTEM KARDIOVASKULER DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA NY. J DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MAKUNJUNG Erpina1, Oktovin,S.Kep, Ners, M.Kep 2,. INTISARI Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit pembunuh pertama di dunia terutama di Indonesia. Tanda gejala yang sering muncul adalah nyeri kepala akibat peningkatan tekanan vaskuler cerebral serta gangguan suplai oksigen ke otak. Terapi non farmakologis Terapi slow stroke back massage atau SSBM adalah suatu cara yang dapat diimplementasikan sebagai metode meningkatkan relaksasi tubuh, meningkatkan kadar hormon kebahagiaan serta menurunkan hormon kortisol, nerophineprine, dan dopamine. Tujuan: Mampu mendeskripsikan secara jelas asuhan keperawatan dalam mengatasi masalah nyeri akut pada pasien Ny.I dengan hipertensi di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Makunjung Metode : Penelitian menggunakan metode deskripsi studi kasus yang menggambarkan hasil dalam narasi. Kriteria responden antara lain memiliki riwayat hipertensi, keluhan nyeri kepala ringan sampai sedang, kondisi kesadaran composmetis, tidak ada riwayat cedera tulang rusuk/belakang, serta mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Data penelitian didapatkan dari monitor tekanan darah dan skala nyeri sebelum dan setelah terapi. Hasil : Terdapat penurunan tekanan darah setelah terapi serta skala nyeri turun 1 sampai 0 pada hari ketiga. Kesimpulan : Intervensi dengan teknik slow stroke back massage ini efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien hipertensi yang mengalami nyeri. Diharapkan teknik slow stroke back massage ini dapat menjadi salah satu tindakan keperawatan yang ditujukan dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan nyeri pada pasien hipertensi. ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is the first killer disease in the world, especially in Indonesia. Symptoms that often appear are headaches due to increased cerebral vascular pressure and disruption of oxygen supply to the brain. Non-pharmacological therapy Slow stroke back massage or SSBM therapy is a method that can be implemented as a method of increasing body relaxation, increasing levels of happiness hormones and reducing the hormones cortisol, nerophinephrine and dopamine. Objective: Able to clearly describe nursing care in dealing with acute pain problems in Mrs. I patients with hypertension in the Makunjung Community Health Center UPT working area Method: The research uses a case study description method that describes the results in a narrative. Criteria for respondents include having a history of hypertension, complaints of mild to moderate headaches, a condition of composmetic consciousness, no history of rib/back injury, and taking antihypertensive medication. Research data was obtained from blood pressure monitoring and pain scales before and after therapy. Results: There was a decrease in blood pressure after therapy and the pain scale fell from 1 to 0 on the third day. Conclusion: Intervention using the slow stroke back massage technique is effective in reducing the pain scale in hypertensive patients who experience pain. It is hoped that this slow stroke back massage technique can become one of the nursing actions aimed at overcoming pain nursing problems in hypertensive patients.
