Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH: GANGGUAN SISTEM ENDOKRIN (DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2) DENGAN MASALAH KETIDAKSTABILAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PADA NY.Y DI RUANG ANGGREK RSUD MUARA TEWEH 2024 Eka Wahyu Prasetya1, Bernadeta Trihandini2 1,2 Departemen Keperawatan Medikal Bedah, Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan & Profesi Ners STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasi-Indonesia 70116 Email: [email protected] Intisari Latarbelakang: Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit kronis tidak menular yang ditandai dengan tingginya akdar gula dalam darah. Faktor resiko Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II sangat berkaitan erat dengan gaya hidup. Keluhan yang sering dikeluhkan oleh penderita Diabetes Tipe 2 hampir sama tidak terkecuali seperti pasien yang ada di RSUD Muara Teweh yaitu mengeluhkan lemas, mual, pusing sering kencing dan haus, serta adanya kekakuan pada ekstremitas bawah. Tujuan : berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perawat akan memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif. Metode : studi kasus dengan melakukan pengkajian pada klien dengan diabetes melilitus tipe 2 yang dirawat di ruang Anggrek dan mendapatkan hasil dimana ditegakkan diagnosa keperawatan, serta diberikan implementasi sesuai dengan penerapan evidence based practice Buerger Allen Excercise. Hasil : Ketidakstabilan Kadar Glukosa Darah dan perfusi perifer tidak efektif teratasi sebagian. Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif dan tindakan mandiri perawat sangat membantu klien mengatasi keluhan seperti kekakuan pada ekstremitas dan kondisi lainnya, sehingga penerapan Buerger Allen Exercise dilakukan berkelanjutan oleh klien saat pulang. Y IN THE ORCHID ROOM RSUD MUARA TEWEH 2024 Eka Wahyu Prasetya1, Bernadeta Trihandini2 1,2 Departemen Keperawatan Medikal Bedah, Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan & Profesi Ners STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasi-Indonesia 70116 Email: [email protected] Abstract Introduction : Diabetes mellitus is a chronic, non-communicable disease characterized by high levels of sugar in the blood. Risk factors for Type II Diabetes Mellitus are closely related to lifestyle. The complaints frequently complained of by Type 2 Diabetes sufferers are almost the same, including patients at the Muara Teweh Regional Hospital, namely complaining of weakness, nausea, dizziness, frequent urination and thirst, as well as stiffness in the lower extremities. Purpose: Based on the problems above, the nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care. Method: Case study by conducting an assessment on clients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Anggrek room and obtained results where a nursing diagnosis was made, and implementation was given in accordance with the application of Buerger Allen Exercise evidence based practice. Results: Instability of blood glucose levels and ineffective peripheral perfusion were partially resolved. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care and independent actions by nurses really help clients overcome complaints such as stiffness in the extremities and other conditions, so that the application of the Buerger Allen Exercise is carried out continuously by clients when they go home.
