Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH PADA LANSIA TN.R USIA 67 TAHUN DENGAN TB PARU DAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI UPTD PUSKESMAS TELANG SIONG KECAMATAN PAJU EPAT Wilson Prasetyo Zaluchu [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang: Kasus TBC pada kabupaten Barito Timur tergolong cukup banyak. Untuk capaian Sasaran Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) program Tuberkulosis UPTD Puskesmas Telang Siong pada tahun 2023 penderita TB paru yang mendapat pelayanan sesuai standar dan aktif menjalani pengobatan adalah sebanyak 9 orang (45%). Sedangkan suspect penderita TB Paru yang diperiksa dahak adalah hanya sebanyak 36 orang (28,8 %). Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi bagaimana asuhan keperawatan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien penderita TB Paru dan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di UPTD Puskesmas telang siong Kecamatan Paju Epat. Hasil: Latihan batuk efektif dengan pemberian posisi semi fowler-fowler, nafas dalam dan penerapan Evidence Based Practice Active Cycle Of Breathingf dapat mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif pada penderita TB paru. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan tindakan latihan batuk efektif selama 1x20 menit, didapatkan masalah bersihan jalan nafas pada klien dapat teratasi dengan tindakan batuk efektif ditandai dengan tercapainya kriteria hasil batuk efektif meningkat, sputum berlebih menurun, ronkhi menurun. To achieve the Minimum Service Target (SPM) for the Telang Siong Health Center UPTD Tuberculosis program in 2023, there are 9 people (45%) suffering from pulmonary TB who receive services according to standards and are actively undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, there were only 36 suspected pulmonary TB sufferers who were examined for sputum (28.8%). Objective: To identify nursing care for patients who has suffering pulmonary tuberculosis and ineffective airway nursing problems at the Telang Siong UPTD Health Center, Paju Epat District. Results: The effective cough excercise by providing a semi-fowler-fowler position, deep breathing and applying the Evidence Based Practice “Active Cycle of Breathing” the problem of ineffective airway in pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers has been solved. Conclusion: After carrying out effective coughing exercises for 1 x 20 minutes, the problem of clearing the client's airway could be solved with effective coughing excercise, by achieving the criteria for increased effective cough, decreased excess sputum and decreased the crackles.
