Abstract
PENGARUH EDUKASI DENGAN VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN CALON PENGANTIN TERKAIT PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI WILAYAH KUA BANJARMASIN TENGAH TAHUN 2024 Siti Noor Annisa1 , Dania Relina Sitompul2 , Selly Kresna Dewi3 [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang : Angka buruk sampai masih tinggi dan menjadi fokus perhatian dunia. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang dengan permasalahan gizi yang kompleks, yang ditunjukkan dengan tingginya prevalensi kejadian stunting. Indonesia memiliki sejarah panjang kasus stunting, yang membuat perhatian pemerintah lebih besar dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Calon pengantin merupakan kelompok strategis dimana kelompok yang akan mempersiapkan kehamilannya. Upaya yang sudah dilakukan selama ini hanya berfokus pada ibu hamil, sedangkan edukasi lebih baik pada masa prakonsepsi agar mempersiapkan kehamilan supaya mencegah anak stunting. Upaya pencegahan stunting secara dini harus dilakukan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran terjadinya stunting. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi dengan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan calon pengantin terkait pencegahan stunting di Wilayah KUA Banjarmasin Tengah. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pre�experimental dengan desain one group pre test-post test. Sampel 30 calon pengantin dengan total sampling menggunakan instrumen kuesioner pengetahuan dengan 21 item pertanyaan, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil : Pengetahuan calon pengantin sebelum diberikan edukasi dengan video animasi, pengetahuan Kurang (43,3%), Cukup (30,0%) dan Baik (26,7%), sedangkan pengetahuan calon pengantin sesudah diberikan edukasi dengan video animasi meningkat menjadi 100%. Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 (p<0,05) berarti terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan calon pengantin sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan edukasi dengan video animasi terhadap pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan Kesimpulan : Pengembangkan media edukasi dan promosi kesehatan dengan video animasi dapat digunakan dalam bidang kesehatan. Indonesia is one of the developing countries with complex nutritional problems, as shown by the high prevalence of stunting. Indonesia has a long history of stunting cases, which has brought greater attention to the government in recent years. Brides-to-be are a strategic group that will prepare for their pregnancy. Efforts that have been made so far only focus on pregnant women, while education is better during the preconception period to prepare for pregnancy in order to prevent stunted children. Early stunting prevention efforts must be made to break the chain of the spread of stunting. Objective : Knowing the effect of education with animated videos on the knowledge of prospective brides related to stunting prevention in the KUA Banjarmasin Tengah area. Method : This type of research is quantitative research using Pre-experimental with One Group Pre Test-Post Test design. A sample of 30 prospective brides with total sampling using a knowledge questionnaire instrument with 21 question items, hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test. Results: Knowledge of prospective brides before being given education with animated videos, knowledge is lacking (43.3%), sufficient (30.0%) and good (26.7%), while the knowledge of prospective brides after being given education with animated videos increased to 100%. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is an influence on the knowledge of prospective brides before and after getting education with animated videos on knowledge has increased significantly.
