Abstract
PENGARUH PROMOSI KESEHATAN MENGENAI PENTINGNYA VAKSINASI HPV MELALUI MEDIA DIGITAL VIDEO TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 2 BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2024 Rizqi Nur Abidah 1 , Sapariah Anggraini 2 , Selly Kresna Dewi 3 [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang: Penyebaran virus HPV pada perempuan meningkat setiap tahun yang menyebabkan kematian tertinggi kedua di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya pencegahan yaitu dengan vaksinasi HPV. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi HPV melalui media digital terhadap pengetahuan remaja. Metode: Kuantitatif dengan desain Pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu remaja putri kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin dan diambil dengan Stratified Random Sampling dengan jumlah 148 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner untuk pengetahuan. Data tingkat pengetahuan dianalisis menggunakan wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil : Ada perbedaan pengetahuan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian promosi kesehatan dengan hasil p-value pengetahuan yaitu 0,000<0,05. Kesimpulan : Promosi Kesehatan mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi HPV melalui media digital berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. One of the prevention efforts is HPV vaccination. Objective: The study is the effect of health education on the importance of HPV vaccination through digital media on adolescent knowledge. Method: Quantitative method with Pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design approach. The sample of this study was class XI adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin and was taken with Stratified Random Sampling with a total of 148 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire for knowledge. Knowledge level data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Result: There is a difference in knowledge before and after the provision of health education with the results of the p-value of which is 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: Health education on the importance of HPV vaccination through digital media affects the knowledge of adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin.
