Abstract
GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG PEMBERIAN IMUNISASI DASAR PADA BAYI 0 – 12 BULAN DI POSYANDU DESA BAHITOM PUSKESMAS PURUK CAHU SEBERANG 2023 Taruk Damaris , Sitompul Dania Relina , Anggraini Sapariah ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Imunisasi dasar memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan anak kelak, karena imunisasi merupakan investasi kesehatan masa depan karena pencegahan penyakit melalui imunisasi merupakan cara perlindungan terhadap infeksi. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi 0 – 12 bulan di Posyandu Desa Bahitom Puskesmas Puruk Cahu Seberang 2023. Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian adalah ibu yang mempunyai bayi 0 – 12 bulan di Posyandu Desa Bahiton Puskesmas Puruk Cahu Seberang sebanyak 64 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan soal tes tentang pengetahuan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi 0-12 bulan. Data dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan prosentase. Hasil : Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi 0-12 bulan tergolong kurang sebanyak 56 orang (85,9%), tingkat pengetahuan tergolong cukup sebanyak 4 orang (6,2%), dan tingkat pengetahuan tergolong baik sebanyak 5 orang (7,8%). Kesimpulan : Tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi 0 – 12 bulan di Posyandu Desa Bahitom Puskesmas Puruk Cahu Seberang 2023 mayoritas berada pada kategori kurang sebanyak 56 orang (85,9%). Objective: To find out the description of mothers knowledge level about giving basic immunization to infants 0 – 12 months at Bahitom Posyandu of Puruk Cahu Seberang Public Health Center 2023 Method : This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study were mothers of infants 0-12 months at Bahitom Posyandu of Puruk Cahu Seberang Public Health Center as many as 64 people with a total sampling technique. The research instrument used test questions about knowledge of basic immunization in infants 0-12 months. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution and percentage. Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that mothers knowledge level about basic immunization in infants 0-12 months was classified as lacking by 56 people (85.9%), the knowledge level was classified as sufficient by 4 people (6.2%), and the knowledge level was good as many as 5 people (7.8%). Conclusion: Mothers knowledge level of regarding basic immunization for infants 0-12 months at Bahitom Posyandu of Puruk Cahu Seberang Public Health Center 2023 is in the less category with as many as 56 people (85.9%).
