Abstract
GAMBARAN TINGKAT STRES PADA LANSIA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI POSYANDU LANSIA DESA BUTONG WILAYAH KERJA PUSKERMAS PIR BUTONG Dewi Astuti1,Theresia Jamini2,Aulia Racman3 ISTISARI Latar Belakang : Lansia adalah sekelompok usia lanjut yang akan mengalami perubahan dalam kondisi fisik,baik itu fisikologis maupun soaial,lansia juga rentan mengalami stres disebabkan kurangnya kemampuan untuk menghadapi dan menerima perubahan didalam diri akibat kemunduran fungsi fisik,mental dan social yang dialami. tujuan penelitian : untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkatan stres pada lansia penderita hipertensi di posyandu desa butong wilayah kerja puskesmas pir butong. Metode penelitian : jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cros sectional.sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden di desa butong kabupaten barito utara propinsi Kalimantan tengah .Tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. intrumen penelitian mengunakan kuesioner.Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat Hasil : uji stasistik univariat yaitu untuk tingkat stres sedang sebanyak (46,7%) Kesimpulan : setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat stres pada lansia di posyandu desa butong wilayah kerja puskesmas pir butong hasilnya stres sedang. Research objectives : to describe the level of stress in elderly people with hypertension at the elderly Posyandu in Butong Village, the working area of the Pir Butong Public Health Center. Research method : Type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 30 respondents in posyandu Butong Village, North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using univariate Results : univariate statistical test for moderate stress levels (46.7%). Conclusion : after conducting the research, it can be concluded that the stress level of the elderly in the Posyandu in Butong Village, the working area of the Pir Butong Health Center, results in moderate stress.
