Abstract

HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS TELUK DALAM BANJARMASIN 2023 Erlina1, Theresia Jamini2,Theresia Ivana 3 linaerlina278@gmail.com INTISARI Latar Belakang : Kualitas tidur adalah perasaan bangun segar dan siap untuk kembali beraktivitas yang menunjukkan adanya kemampuan individu untuk tidur dan memperoleh jumlah istirahat sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Seseorang dengan kualitas tidur yang buruk memiliki dampak negatif yang sangat besar terhadap status kesehatan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, dan mengalami peningkatan melalui saraf sehingga pembuluh darah mengalami penyempitan yang menyebabkan tekanan darah meningkat atau hipertensi. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di Puskesmas Teluk Dalam Banjarmasin 2023. Metode : Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 143 orang lansia hipertensi dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purporsive sampling. Alat penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Pittburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan alat stetoskop beserta spygmomanometer. Hasil : Hasil uji analisis uji statistik Spearman Rank menunjukkan P= 0,126 > α (0,05). Someone with poor sleep quality has a very large negative impact on health status in the long term, and experiences an increase through the nerves so that blood vessels experience constriction which causes increased blood pressure or hypertension. Research purposes :To find out the relationship between sleep quality and the incidence of blood pressure in elderly hypertensives at the Teluk Dalam Health Center in Banjarmasin 2023. Method :Quantitative research design with descriptive design and approachcross sectional. The sample used was 143 hypertensive elderly people and the sampling technique was using the techniquepurporsive sampling. The research tool uses a questionnairePittburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and a stethoscope along withspit manometer. Results :Test results of statistical test analysisSpearman Rank shows P = 0.126 > α (0.05).
