Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDICAL BEDAH GANGGUAN SISTEM MUSKULOSKELETAL GOUT ARTHRITIS, DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA NYERI AKUT PADA NY.Y DI UPT. PUSKESMAS MUARA TEWEH 2024 Hj. Noorhayani Mahasiswa Profesi Nera Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin INTISARI Latar Belakang: Di Kabupaten Barito Utara Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, terutama di wilayah kerja UPT. Puskesmas Muara teweh kasus Gout Atritis pada tahun 2023 mencapai 64 kasus, dimana kasus Gout Arthritis masuk dalam 10 penyakit terbanyak di Puskesmas Muara Teweh bulan januari- juli 2024 berjumlah 40 kasus. Masalah yang dikeluhakan oleh penderita gout arthritis yaitu peradangan pada sendi dan jaringan sekitar yang menyebabkan nyeri hebat. Tindakan farmakologi dan non farmakologi untuk perawatan Gout Arthritis untuk meringankan rasa nyeri. Tujuan : Menjelaskan asuhan keperawatan Asuhan Keperawatan Medical Bedah Gangguan Rasa Nyaman Gout Arthritis, dengan masalah keperawatan Utama Nyeri Akut Pada Ny.Y di UPT. Puskesmas Muara Teweh 2024 Metode: metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ners yaitu dengan metode proses asuhan keperawatan mulai dari pengkajian, menentukan diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi hingga evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil: hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan intervensi nonfarmakologi Kompres jahe hangat adalah adanya penurunan skala nyeri 6 (1-10) menjadi 3 (1-10), Nadi: 82 x/menit, Respirasi Rate: 21x/menit, dan suhu 36,30C, Kesadaran Composmentis dengan GCS E4V5M6, kooperatif, dilakukan dengan benar dan tampak rileks. Kesimpulan: masalah keperawatan utama pada Ny. Y dengan nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisiologis belum teratasi sempurna karena skala nyeri masih teratasi sebagaian sehingga intervensi dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci: Asuhan keperawatan Gout , Kompres Jahe Hangat, skala nyeri MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING CARE FOR MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM DISORDERS GOUT ARTHRITIS, WITH THE MAIN NURSING PROBLEM BEING ACUTE PAIN IN MRS. Y AT UPT. MUARA TEWEH COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER 2024 Hj. Noorhayani Nera Professional Student, Banjarmasin Human Asylum College of Health Abstract Background: In North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, especially in the UPT work area. Muara Teweh Community Health Center cases of Gout Atritis in 2023 reached 64 cases, where Gout Arthritis cases were included in the 10 most common diseases at Muara Teweh Community Health Center in January-July 2024 totaling 40 cases. The problem that sufferers of gout arthritis complain about is inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissue which causes severe pain. Pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures for treating Gout Arthritis to relieve pain. Objective: To explain nursing care Medical Surgical Nursing Care Comfort Disorders Gout Arthritis, with the main nursing problem of Acute Pain in Mrs. Y at UPT. Muara Teweh Community Health Center 2024. Results: The results obtained after the non-pharmacological intervention of the warm ginger compress were a decrease in the pain scale from 6 (1-10) to 3 (1-10), pulse: 82x/minute, respiration rate: 21x/minute, and temperature 36.30C , Composmentis Awareness with GCS E4V5M6, cooperative, performed correctly and appears relaxed. Conclusion: the main nursing problem in Mrs. Y with acute pain related to physiological injuring agents has not been completely resolved because the pain scale is still partially resolved so the intervention is continued.
