Abstract

GAMBARAN PERAN KELUARGA DALAM MENCEGAH LUKA DEKUBITUS PADA PASIEN TIRAH BARING DI RUANG RAWAT INAP TERATAI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MUARA TEWEH TAHUN 2023 Bertonius Tage Panggo1, Warjiman2, Dyah Trifianingsih3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Luka ulkus dekubitus terjadi diatas tonjolan tulang pelvis sebanyak (95%). Salah satu aspek utama dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan adalah mempertahankan intergritas kulit. Kejadian dekubitus dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkan peran keluarga dan meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga dalam mencegah ulkus dekubitus perlu dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan dari tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan : Mengidentifikasi gambaran peran keluarga dalam mencegah luka dekubitus pada pasien tirah baring di ruang Rawat Inap Teratai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Teweh tahun 2023. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 orang, dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang, dengam menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Uji Analisa yang digunakan ialah uji univariat yaitu hanya melihat presentase dari setiap variabel yang diteliti. Hasil & Kesimpulan : Hasil analisa univariat menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden, dari karakteristik variabel peran keluarga menunjukan sebagian besar mempunyai peran keluarga baik sebanyak 13 orang (43.3%). One of the main aspects of providing nursing care is maintaining skin integrity. The incidence of decubitus can be prevented by increasing the role of the family and increasing family knowledge in preventing decubitus ulcers, it is necessary to carry out socialization and counseling from health workers. Objective: To identify the description of the role of the family in preventing decubitus ulcers in bedridden patients in the Teratai Inpatient Room at the Muara Teweh Regional General Hospital in 2023. Methods: This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive research design. The population in this study were 87 people, and a sample of 30 people, using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis test used was the univariate test, which only looked at the percentage of each variable studied. Results & Conclusions: The results of the univariate analysis showed that of the 30 respondents, from the characteristics of the family role variable, it was shown that the majority had a good family role as many as 13 people (43.3%).
