Abstract
GAMBARAN RESPON TIME PERAWAT IGD PADA PASIEN KATEGORI TRIASE MERAH DI IGD RSUD MUARA TEWEH TAHUN 2022 Ester Yesiana1, Dyah Trifianingsih 2, Oktovin3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Salah satu indikator keberhasilan penanggulangan medik penderita gawat darurat adalah kecepatan memberikan pertolongan yang memadai kepada penderita gawat darurat baik pada keadaan rutin sehari-hari atau sewaktu bencana. Respon time merupakan indikator dari mutu pelayanan yang ada di suatu Rumah Sakit sehingga response time sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran respon time perawat IGD pada pasien kategori triase merah di IGD RSUD Muara Teweh tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perawat IGD RSUD Muara Teweh. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 17 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar karakteristik responden dan lembar observasi respon time. Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil : Karakteristik perawat berdasarkan usia yaitu usia terendah 27 tahun, dan usia tertinggi 41 tahun. Jenis kelamin sebagian besar perempuan 58,8%, mayoritas pendidikan terakhir D3 keperawatan 58,8%. Masa kerja perawat IGD 1-3 tahun 58,8%. Status kepegawaian perawat IGD yaitu kontrak 58,8%, semua perawat pernah mengikuti pelatihan BTCLS dan masih berlaku 100%. Respon time perawat IGD pada pasien kategori triase merah di IGD RSUD Muara Teweh dalam kategori cepat sebesar 70,6%. Kesimpulan : Respon time perawat pada pasien kategori triase merah di IGD RSUD Muara Teweh dengan kategori cepat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa respon time perawat IGD dalam melakukan triase pada pasien khususnya pasien dengan triase merah sudah cukup baik dan tanggap sesuai dengan standar. Response time is one of the indicators of service quality in a hospital so that response time is very influential on the quality of hospital services Purpose : To find out the description of the response time of IGD nurses in patients in the red triage category in the IGD of Muara Teweh Hospital in 2022. Method : This study used a quantitative research type with a descriptive design. The study population was all nurses in the emergency room at Muara Teweh Hospital. The sample used was 17 respondents used total sampling technique. The research instrument used the respondent characteristic sheet and the response time observation sheet. Data analysis used univariate analysis. Results : Characteristics of nurses based on age, namely the lowest age was 27 years, and the highest is 41 years. The sex of most of the women was 58,8%, the majority of education last D3 in nursing was 58,8%. The working period of ER nurses 1-3 years was 58,8%. The employment status of the IGD nurses was 58,8% contract, all nurses have attended BTCLS training and are still 100% valid. The response time of the emergency room nurse to the patient in the red triage category at the emergency room at Muara Teweh Hospital was in the fast category of 70,6%. Conclusion : The nurse's response time to patients in the red triage category in the emergency room at Muara Teweh Hospital is in the fast category. This shows that the response time of IGD nurses in triaging patients, especially patients with red triage, was quite good and responsive according to standards.
