Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH GANGGUAN SISTEM SYARAF: CIDERA KEPALA BERAT DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA RISIKO PERFUSI SEREBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA TN. N DI RUANG RAWAT INAP ANNA RUMAH SAKIT SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2024 Yetno Fridiansyah1 , Warjiman2 , Monica Dewi Damayanti INTISARI Latar Belakang : Cedera kepala merupakan kasus yang sering ditemui di Instalasi Rawat Darurat. Cedera kepala adalah salah satu penyebab kematian utama dikisaran usia produktif, yakni 22-50 tahun Tujuan : Untuk meningkatkan proses asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah gangguan system syaraf, cidera kepala berat dengan masalah keperawatan utama resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif pada Tn. N di ruang rawat inap anna rumah sakit suaka insan Banjarmasin. Metode : metode penyelesaian masalah karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah menggunakan strategi dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan yang dimulai dari pengkajian, penentuan diagnose, intervensi serta implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil : berdasarkan data subjektif dan data objektif penulis mendapatkan masalah keperawatan resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif, dengan melakukan intervensi serta implementasi, menerapkan elevasi kepala 300 Kesimpulan : pemberian asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah resiko perfusi jaringan serebral tidak efektif, salah satu intervensi yang diberikan adalah memberikan elevasi kepala 300 Kata Kunci : Cidera Kepala Berat, Resiko Serebral Tidak Efektif, Elevasi 300 1Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin 2Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin 3Preseptor Klinis Rumah Sakit Suaka Insan Banjarmasin vii MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING CARE FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDERS: SEVERE HEAD INJURIES WITH MAJOR NURSING PROBLEMS RISK OF INEFFECTIVE CEREBRAL PERFUSION IN TN. N IN THE ANNA INPATITION ROOM OF THE BANJARMASIN SUAKA INSAN HOSPITAL IN 2024 Yetno Fridiansyah1 , Warjiman2 , Monica Dewi Damayanti ABSTRACK Background: Head injuries are cases that are often encountered in emergency care installations. Head injuries are one of the main causes of death in the productive age range, namely 22-50 years Objective: To improve the process of medical surgical nursing care for nervous system disorders, serious head injuries with major nursing problems, the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in Mr. N in the Anna inpatient room at the Banjarmasin Suaka Insan Hospital. Method: The problem solving method for this scientific paper is to use a strategy with a nursing care process approach starting from assessment, determining diagnosis, intervention as well as implementation and evaluation.
