Abstract

GAMBARAN DISIPLIN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI KESEHATAN DI UPT PUSKESMAS MUARA LAUNG TAHUN 2023 Riko Rahman1, Lucia Andi Chrismilasari2, Aulia Rachman3 INTISARI Latar Belakang: Puskesmas merupakan salah satu sarana kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan terdepan di masyarakat yang dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya dihadapkan pada masalah yang sangat mendasar yaitu tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang bermutu. Meningkatnya tuntutan mutu pelayanan oleh masyarakat, menuntut para petugas agar lebih meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme, sehingga mutu pelayanan yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat, untuk mencapai suatu kinerja yang baik dibutuhkan disiplin dalam bekerja. Pegawai yang tidak disiplin akan menurunkan semangat kerja, moral kerja, efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja. Hal ini akan menghambat tercapainya tujuan organisasi, pegawai dan masyarakat. Kedisiplinan suatu organisasi dikatan baik, jika sebaggian besar pegawai mentaati peraturan-peraturan yang ada. Oleh karena itu peningkatan disiplin menjadi bagian yang penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, sebagai faktor penting dalam peningkatan kinerja. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran disiplin dan kinerja pegawai kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung Kecamatan Laung Tuhup Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian: Penelitan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan observasional dan survei. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 30 orang pegawai puskesmas UPT Muara Laung. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisoner dan observasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan disajikan dalam distribusi frequensi. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan sikap kedatangan tepat waktu sebanyak 20 responden (66,67%), sedangkan yang datang terlambat lebih dari 5 menit sebanyak 10 responden (33,33%), sikap tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas dengan kategori menyelesaikan tepat waktu (100%), sikap ketaatan terhadap aturan kantor menggunakan seragam sesuai dengan peraturan (100%) dan membuat surat ijin ketika tidak masuk kerja (100%), dan kinerja pegawai kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung Tahun 2023 adalah baik dari 30 responden (100%). Kesimpulan: Gambaran pelaksanaan disiplin pegawai puskesmas di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung dengan kategori tepat waktu (66,67%), sikap tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas dengan kategori menyelesaikan tepat waktu (100%), sikap ketaatan terhadap aturan kantor menggunakan seragam sesuai dengan peraturan (100%) dan membuat surat ijin ketika tidak masuk kerja (100%), gambaran kinerja pegawai puskesmas di UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung dengan kategori baik (100%). The increasing demand for service quality by the public requires officers to further improve their performance and professionalism, so that the expected quality of service can meet community satisfaction. To achieve a good performance, discipline is needed in work. Employees who are not disciplined will reduce morale, work morale, work efficiency and effectiveness. This will hinder the achievement of organizational, employee and community goals. The discipline of an organization is said to be good, if most employees obey the existing regulations. Therefore increasing discipline is an important part of human resource management, as an important factor in improving performance. Objectives: To find out the description of the discipline and performance of health employees at UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung, Laung Tuhup District, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province in 2023. Methods: Quantitative descriptive research with observational and survey methods. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 30 employees of the UPT Muara Laung Health Center. The instruments used were questionnaires and observations. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and is presented in a frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that 20 respondents (66.67%) arrived on time, while 10 respondents (33.33%) arrived late for more than 5 minutes, the attitude of obedience to office rules using uniforms according to regulations (100%) and making permission letters when not coming to work (100%), and the performance of health employees at the UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung in 2023 was good from 30 respondents (100%). Conclusion: Description of the implementation of the discipline of puskesmas employees at UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung with the category of being on time (66.67%), attitude of responsibility in completing tasks in the category of completing on time (100%), attitude of obedience to office rules using uniform according to regulations (100% ) and making a permit when not at work (100%), description of the performance of the puskesmas staff at the UPT Puskesmas Muara Laung in the good category (100%).
