Abstract
GAMBARAN GAYA HIDUP PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MAKUNJUNG KABUPATEN MURUNG RAYA Erpina1 , Warjiman2 , Dyah Trifianingsih3 INTISARI Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit pembunuh pertama di dunia terutama di Indonesia. Untuk wilayah kerja Puskesmas makunjung hipertensi dalam dua tahun terakhir merupakan peyakit terbanyak dalam penyakit tidak menular. Salah satu penyebab meningkatknya kejadian hipertensi adalah dikarenakan gaya hidup masyarakat seperti pola makan, pola istirahat, pola aktivitas,merokok dan alkohol. Tujuan: mendeskripsikan gaya hidup penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Makunjung Kabupaten Murung Raya Metode : Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam tiga bulan terakhir dengan rata rata kunjungan 132 orang/bulan. Sampel penelitian 99 orang dengan purposive sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah Analisa univariat Hasil : Hasil Analisa univariat didapatkan Pola makan 77,7%, merokok 64,3%, pola istirahat 69,9% merupakan pola hidup yang dominan dalam memicu terjadinya hipertensi. Kesimpulan : Gaya Hidup Penderita Hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Makunjung Kabupaten Murung Raya Tahun 2023 memiliki Gaya Hidup Baik (41,4%) dan Tidak Baik (58,6%). Kata Kunci : Gaya hidup, Hipertensi, Penderita, DESCRIPTION OF THE LIFESTYLE OF PEOPLE WITH HYPERTENSION IN THE WORKING AREA OF THE PUSKESMAS MAKUNJUNG MURUNG RAYA REGENCY Erpina1 , Warjiman2 , Dyah Trifianingsih3 ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is the first killer disease in the world, especially in Indonesia. For the work area of the Makunjung Health Center, hypertension in the last two years was the most common disease in non-communicable diseases. One of the causes of the increasing incidence of hypertension is due to people's lifestyles such as eating patterns, resting patterns, activity patterns, smoking and alcohol. Objective: describe how the lifestyle of people with hypertension in the working area of the Makunjung Health Center, Murung Raya Regency Method: This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive research design. Population in the last three months with an average visit of 132 people/month. The research sample is 99 people with purposive sampling. The analysis used is univariate analysis Result: The results of the univariate analysis showed that diet 77.7%, smoking 64.3%, rest pattern 69.9% are the dominant lifestyle in triggering hypertension. Conclusion : Lifestyle of Hypertension Patients in the Work Area of the Makunjung Health Center, Murung Raya Regency, in 2023 has a Good Lifestyle (41.4%) and Not Good (58.6%).
