Abstract
GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI (APD) TERHADAP KESELAMATAN KERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG IGD DAN ISOLASI NON COVID RSUD MUARA TEWEH Anggaraini 1, Lucia Andi Chrismawati 2, Oktovin 3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Alat pelindung diri (APD) adalah alat yang memiliki fungsi untuk melindungi seseorang pada saat bekerja yang berguna untuk melindungi tubuh para pekerja dari bahaya selama bekerja. Dari hasil wawancara dan observasi kepada 8 orang perawat didapatkan 5 orang masih belum melaksanakan dengan baik dalam penggunaan alat pelidung diri (APD) . Dari data Komite K3 RSUD Muara Teweh didapatkan ada 6 orang perawat yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada tahun 2019 – 2022. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) terhadap keselamatan kerja perawat di ruang IGD dan Isolasi Non Covid RSUD Muara Teweh. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga perawat di ruang IGD dan Isolasi Non Covid RSUD Muara Teweh dengan jumlah 30 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi yang mengadopsi dari SOP penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di ruang IGD dan Isolasi Non Covid RSUD Muara Teweh. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas perawat di ruang IGD dan Isolasi Non Covid RSUD Muara Teweh patuh dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yaitu sebanyak 22 responden (73,33%) dan sebanyak 8 responden (26,67%) tidak patuh Kesimpulan : Kepatuhan penggunaan APD oleh perawat IGD dan Ruang Isolasi Non Covid di RSUD Muara Teweh tahun 2023 mayoritas adalah patuh (73,33%). Akan tetapi, masih terdapat perawata yang tidak patuh (26,67%). Sehingga diharapkan bagi pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Teweh untuk dapat menambah informasi dan keterampilan khususnya bagi perawat di rumah sakit tentang APD untuk lebih meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di Rumah Sakit. From the results of interviews and observations of 8 nurses, it was found that 5 people still did not perform well in using personal protective equipment (PPE). From the data from the K3 Committee at the Muara Teweh Hospital, it was found that 6 nurses had work accidents related to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in 2019 – 2022. Research Objectives: To find out the description of adherence to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the work safety of nurses in the Emergency Room and Non-Covid Isolation at Muara Teweh Hospital. Research Methods: This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study were nurses in the Emergency Room and Non-Covid Isolation at Muara Teweh Hospital with a total of 30 respondents selected by total sampling technique. The research instrument used an observation sheet that adopted the SOP for the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the Emergency Room and Non-Covid Isolation at Muara Teweh Hospital. Research Results: The majority of nurses in the Emergency Room and Non-Covid Isolation at Muara Teweh Hospital adhere to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as many as 22 respondents (73.33%) and as many as 8 respondents (26.67%) do not comply. Conclusion: Compliance with the use of PPE by emergency room nurses and Non-Covid Isolation Rooms at Muara Teweh Hospital in 2023 the majority are compliant (73.33%). However, there are still non-compliant nurses (26.67%). So it is hoped that the Muara Teweh Regional General Hospital can add information and skills, especially for nurses at the hospital about PPE to further increase awareness of occupational health and safety in the hospital.
