Abstract
GAMBARAN KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN LEMBAREARLY WARNING SCORE (EWS) OLEH PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2024 Muhammad Thamrin1, Warjiman2 Septi Machelia C.N,3 Email : erinerin395@gmail.com INTISARI Latar Belakang : Perawat sebagai penyedia layanan melakukan pengkajian yang ditargetkan, mengamati tanda-tanda vital, menilai dan menentukan risiko perburukan kondisi pasien, mengenalinya, dan merespons dengan memulai panggilan darurat.sistem penilaian deteksi dini atau peringatan dini yang mendeteksi perburukan kondisi pasien dengan melakukan Early Warning Score (EWS) Early warning score (EWS) merupakan suatu alat atau perangkat yang dapat mendeteksi perubahan fisiologis pada pasien, seperti tanda-tanda vital dan tingkat kesadaran pasien, selama perawatan di rumah sakit. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kelengkapan pengisian lembar EWS oleh perawat di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit Suaka Insan Banjarmasin. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskritif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif non-eksperimental. Sehingga besaran sampel yang di perlukan adalah 80 jumlah status pasien rekam medik.diambil secara Accidental sampling menggunakan lembar observasi EWS .analiss data mengunakan tabel frekuensi Hasil : Didapatkan Kelengkapan Pengisian Lemabr obsrvasi EWS lengkap 44 status paseina Rekasm Medik (55 %) tidak lengkap 36 Status pasien (45%) Kesimpulan : Adapun Gambaran Kelengkapan Pengisian Lembar Early Warning Score ( Ews ) Oleh Perawat Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Suaka Insan Banjarmasin Tahun 2024 Lengkap 55 % dan tidak lengkap 45 %. Kata Kunci : Early Warning Score ,Kelengkapan, lembar Observasi, Lembar Cheklist, Perawat 1Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin 16 2 3Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin OVERVIEW OF THE COMPLETENESS OF FILLING OUT THE EARLY WARNING SCORE (EWS) SHEET BY NURSES IN THE INPATIENT ROOM OF SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN HOSPITAL YEAR 2024 Muhammad Thamrin1, Warjiman2 Septi Machelia C.N,3 Email : erinerin395@gmail.com ABSTRACK Background: Nurses as service providers conduct targeted assessments, observe vital signs, assess and determine the risk of deterioration of the patient's condition, recognize it, and respond by initiating an emergency call.early detection or early warning assessment system that detects deterioration of the patient's condition by conducting an Early Warning Score (EWS) Early warning score (EWS) is a tool or device that can detect physiological changes in patients, such as vital signs and the patient's level of consciousness, during hospital treatment. Research Objective: to identify the completeness of filling out the EWS sheet by nurses in the inpatient room of Suaka Insan Banjarmasin Hospital. Method: This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research using a descriptive research design This research is a non-experimental descriptive research. So that the amount of sample needed is 80 number of patient status medical records.taken by accidental sampling using EWS observation sheets.data analysis using frequency tables Results: Obtained complete EWS obsrvation sheet filling complete, 44 medical record statuses (55%), incomplete 36 patient statuses (45%). Conclusion: The overview of the completeness of filling out the Early Warning Score (EWS) sheet by nurses in the inpatient room of the Banjarmasin Insane Asylum Hospital in 2024 is 55% complete and incomplete 45%.
