Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIAL BEDAH DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM KARDIOVASKULAR : HIPERTENSI GRADE II PADA NY.A USIA 54 TAHUN DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN KETIDAKPATUHAN MINUM OBAT ANTI HIPERTENSI DI RUANG PEMERIKSAAN UMUM PUSKESMAS TANJUNG Elfa Norannisa¹, Ermeisi Er Unja, S.Kep., Ners., M.Kep² INTISARI Latar belakang : Hipertensi merupakan sebuah keadaan yang terjadi ketika tekanan darah tidak normal secara terus-menerus pada saat beberapa kali dilakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Hipertensi secara umum terjadi saat nilai sistolik >140 mmHg dan nilai diastolik >90 mmHg. Pentingnya menerapkan kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi serta mengetahui bahaya dan dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat ketidakpatuhan minum obat antihipertensi,oleh karena itu di perlukan penatalaksanaan evidence based practice yaitu tindakan edukasi yang efektif dengan media cetak berupa leaflet. Tujuan : Mampu melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan terhadap pasien dengan diagnose medis Hipertensi. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Karya Ilmiah ners ini adalah melakukan proses Asuhan Keperawatan dari pengkajian,menentukan diagnose, intervensi,implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil : Di dapatkan hasil bahwa penerapan evidence based practice Pada Asuhan Keperawatan pada pada pasien Ny.A usia 54 tahun yang dilakukan adalah edukasi yang efektif dengan media cetak berupa leaflet di dapatkan klien mengerti informasi yang disampaikan dan berkomitmen untuk rutin mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Kesimpulan : Penerapan evidence based practice edukasi yang efektif dengan media cetak berupa leaflet terbukti efektif ,sehingga klien mengerti informasi yang disampaikan dan berkomitmen untuk rutin mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi. Hypertension generally occurs when the systolic value is >140 mmHg and the diastolic value is >90 mmHg. The importance of implementing compliance with taking antihypertensive medication and knowing the dangers and impacts caused by non-compliance with taking antihypertensive medication, therefore evidence-based practice management is needed, namely effective educational measures using printed media in the form of leaflets. Objective: Able to carry out nursing care for patients with a medical diagnosis of hypertension. Method: The method used in writing this scientific paper for nurses is carrying out the nursing care process from assessment, determining diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The results obtained were that the application of evidence based practice in nursing care for patients Mrs. A at the age of 54 years, what was carried out was effective education using printed media in the form of leaflets, so that clients understood the information presented and were committed to regularly taking antihypertensive medication. Conclusion: The implementation of effective evidence-based educational practice using printed media in the form of leaflets has proven to be effective, so that clients understand the information presented and are committed to regularly consuming antihypertensive medication.
