ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MATERNITAS GANGGUAN PSIKOLOGIS PASIEN NY.M P3A2 POST PARTUM SC INDIKASI PEB DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATANANSIETAS DIRUANGAN CLEMEN RUMAH SAKIT SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN 2024 Tiaramelinda1 , sr Margareta 2 Email. [email protected] INTISARI Latar Belakang : Persalinan adalah proses di mana seorang perempuan melahirkan bayi, dimulai dengan kontraksi uterus teratur yang mencapai puncaknya saat bayi lahir, dan berakhir setelah plasenta dan selaputnya dikeluarkan. Proses ini biasanya berlangsung sekitar 12 hingga 14 jam.Berbagai jenis persalinan terdiri dari: persalinan normal melalui vagina, persalinan dengan bantuan alat seperti vakum atau forsep, serta operasi caesar atau kelahiran caesar.salah satu masalah pada kehamilan yang segera diatasi berdasarkan data yang diambil Dibangsal Clement Rumah Sakit Suaka Insan Tahun 2024 Tujuan : Tujuan laporan tugas akhir ini untuk memperoleh gambaran yang nyata melalui pelaksanaan proses keperawatan. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu studi kasus melalui asuhan keperawatan dengan prekalmsia. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data penulis gunakan dalam menyusun laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil :setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.M ditemukan hasil dua diagnosa keperawatan yaitu ansietas dan menyusui tidak efektif dan dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari kedua diagnosa tersebut teratasi sebagian dengan metode perawatan kangguru Kesimpulan : Terdapat beberapa kesenjangan antara kasus dan teori yaitu pada pengkajian dan diagnosis pada klien Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan postpartum 1. [email protected] ABSTRACT Background : Labor is the process in which a woman gives birth to a baby, starting with regular uterine contractions that reach their peak when the baby is born, and ends after the placenta and membranes are expelled. This process usually lasts around 12 to 14 hours. Various types of delivery consist of: normal vaginal delivery, delivery with the help of tools such as a vacuum or forceps, and caesarean section or caesarean birth.resolved based on data taken at the Clement of suaka insan banjarmasin Hospital in 2024 Objective : The aim of this final assignment report is to obtain a real picture through the implementation of the nursing process. The writing method used in preparing this final assignment report is to use a descriptive method, namely a case study through nursing care for preeclamsia. The data collection techniques the writer used in compiling this final assignment report were observation, interviews and physical examination. Results:After providing nursing care to Mrs. M, two nursing diagnoses were found, namely anxiety and ineffective breastfeeding, and nursing care was carried out for 3 days. Both diagnoses were partially resolved with the kangaroo care method.
