Abstract
Gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan Terhadap Pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Puruk Cahu Joko Setiawan1, Lucia Andi Chrismilasari 2, Septi Machelia C.N3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Penyelenggaraan program jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) masih banyak dikeluhkan masyarakat. Dari pengamatan peneliti secara langsung di lokasi penelitian didapatkan keluhan masyarakat antara lain petugas kurang ramah, antrian yang lama, dan obat yang tidak sepenuhnya tersedia. Di kabupaten Murung Raya sendiri jumlah peserta BPJS Kesehatan setiap tahun nya meningkat, tentunya harus di dukung oleh fasilitas kesehatan yang baik. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Puruk Cahu. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Puruk Cahu. Pengambilan sampel data menggunakan teknik rondom sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 337 responden. Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan penyajian data menggunakan tabel. Hasil : Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penilaian responden tentang kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Puruk Cahu, kategori puas yaitu sebanyak 183 responden (54,30%), dan kategori sangat puas sebanyak 154 responden (45,70%). Kesimpulan : Kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Puruk Cahu tahun 2023 masuk kategori puas sebesar 54,30% dan di harapkan agar RSUD Puruk Cahu dapat lebih meningkatkan keramah-tamahan dan kesopanan sebagai bentuk rasa kepedulian mendalam dalam memberikan pelayanan dengan baik. From the direct observations of researchers at the research location, it was found that public complaints included unfriendly officers, long queues, and drugs that were not fully available. In the Murung Raya district, the number of BPJS Health participants increases every year, of course it must be supported by good health facilities. Objective : To find out how the description of outpatient satisfaction with BPJS Health services at Puruk Cahu Hospital. Method : This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all BPJS Kesehatan outpatient patients at Puruk Cahu Hospital. Sampling of data using random sampling technique. The number of samples is 337 respondents. Instruments for data collection using questionnaires and data presentation using tables. Result : The results showed that respondents' assessment of outpatient satisfaction with BPJS Health services at Puruk Cahu Hospital, the satisfied category was 183 respondents (54.30%), and the very satisfied category was 154 respondents (45.70%). Conclusion : Outpatient patient satisfaction with BPJS Health services at Puruk Cahu Hospital in 2023 is in the satisfied category of 54.30% and it is hoped that Puruk Cahu Hospital can further enhance hospitality and courtesy as a form of deep concern in providing good service.
