Abstract

GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT TENTANG MOBILISASI DINI PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH MUARA TEWEH TAHUN 2023 Irawati1, Dyah Trifianingsih2, Aulia Rachman3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Pengetahuan merupakan suatu proses penting dalam membentuk perilaku seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu. Salah satu perilaku yang diperlukan setelah pasien dilakukan operasi adalah mobilisasi dini. Mobilisasi dini diperlukan pada pasien post operasi agar membentuk kemandirian pasien untuk bergerak secara bertahap sampai pasien mampu melakukan aktivitas mandiri dan dapat mengurangi komplikasi post operasi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muara Teweh. Metode : Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat ruang rawat inap RSUD Muara Teweh yang berjumlah 30 responden yang diambil dengan tehnik non-probability sampling jenis convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisa menggunakan univariat. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh pengetahuan perawat tentang mobilisasi dini post operasi di RSUD Muara Teweh dengan kategori baik yang berjumlah 26 orang (86,67%), dan kategori cukup berjumlah 4 orang (13,33%). Kesimpulan : Pengetahuan perawat ruang rawat inap RSUD Muara Teweh tentang mobilisasi dini post operasi berada dalam kategori baik. Pentingnya perawat memiliki pengetahuan dan memahami terkait mobilisasi dini supaya bisa mengaplikasikannya ke pasien. One of the behaviors required after surgery is early mobilization. Early mobilization is needed in postoperative patients in order to form the patient's independence to move gradually until the patient is able to carry out independent activities and can reduce postoperative complications . Objective: To find out the description of nurses' knowledge about early mobilization in postoperative patients at the Muara Teweh Regional General Hospital. Methods: The author used a quantitative descriptive research method, the sample in this study were inpatient nurses at Muara Teweh Hospital, totaling 30 respondents who were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the type of convenience sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire and data were analyzed using univariate. Results: The results of this study obtained the knowledge of nurses about early postoperative mobilization at Muara Teweh General Hospital with a good category totaling 26 people (86.67%), and an adequate category totaling 4 people (13.33%). Conclusion: The knowledge of nurses in the inpatient room at Muara Teweh General Hospital regarding early postoperative mobilization is in the good category. It is important for nurses to have knowledge and understand related to early mobilization so they can apply it to patients.
