Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH GANGGUAN SISTEM KARDIOVASKULER PADA Tn. N DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA RESIKO PERFUSI SEREBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG PERAWATAN ANGGREK RSUD PURUK CAHU Yohana Tangko Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Dan Profesi Ners Banjarmasin Abstrak Latar Belakang : Hipertensi dapat dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor usia yang menjadi faktor risiko yang signifikan, di mana tekanan darah cenderung meningkat seiring bertambahnya usia seseorang. Tujuan Penelitian : Melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan medikal bedah gangguan sistem kardiovaskuler pada Tn. N dengan masalah keperawatan utama resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif di ruang Anggrek RSUD Puruk Cahu. Metode : studi kasus dengan memberikan asuhan keperawatan berbasis evidence based practice relaksasi otot progresif dan relaksasi tarik napas dalam. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Asuhan Keperawatan medikal bedah gangguan sistem kardiovaskuler pada Tn. N dengan masalah keperawatan utama resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif masalah teratasi. Kesimpulan: pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang menyeluruh dan penerapan evidence based practice relaksasi otot progresif dan relaksasi tarik napas dalam terbukti efektif menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Kata kunci: hipertensi, resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING CARE FOR CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISORDERS IN Mr. N WITH MAJOR NURSING PROBLEMS RISK OF INEFECTIVE CEREBRAL PERFUSION IN THE ORCHID CARE ROOM, PURUK CAHU HOSPITAL Yohana Tangko Human Asylum College of Health Sciences, Banjarmasin Nursing and Nursing Profession Study Program ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension can be triggered by various factors, one of which is age which is a significant risk factor, where blood pressure tends to increase as a person ages. Research Objective: To implement medical surgical nursing care for cardiovascular system disorders in Mr. N with the main nursing problem is the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in the Orchid ward at Puruk Cahu Regional Hospital. Method: case study by providing nursing care based on evidence-based practice of progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing relaxation. Research result: The results of this study show that medical surgical nursing care for cardiovascular system disorders in Mr. N with major nursing problems risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion problem resolved. Conclusion: providing comprehensive nursing care and implementing evidence-based practice of progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing relaxation has been proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
