ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN LANSIA DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM ENDOKRIN DM TIPE 2 DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN UTAMA KETIDAKSTABILAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PADA Tn. K DI KELURAHAN JINGAH RT 3 UPT PUSKESMAS SIKUI MUARA TEWEH Yenie faridawati1, Dewi Antika sary 2 Mahasiswa Profesi Ners Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin e-mail: [email protected] Abstract Latar belakang: Jumlah penduduk lansia yang semakin meningkat menjadi tantangan baru bagi Indonesia, begitu pula dengan peningkatan lansia yang mengalami berbagai penyakit tidak menular kronis atau multimorbiditas. Penyakit akibat proses penuaan diikuti dengan penyakit tidak menular kronis seperti diabetes mellitus merupakan silent killer yang dapat menyerang para lansia akan menurunkan kualitas hidup lansia. Di Puskesmas Sikui selama periode januari-juni 2024 telah terdata 30 orang lansia penderita DM. Angka ini meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2023 yang hanya 20 orang saja pada periode januari-juni 2023. Tujuan: mendeskripsikan Asuhan Keperawatan Lansia: DM Tipe II dengan Masalah Keperawatan Utama Ketidakstabilan Kadar Glukosa Darah pada Tn. K usia 65 tahun dengan pemberian Terapi Herbal: Air Rebusan Daun Salam pada Tn. K Di Kelurahan Jingah RT 3 UPT Puskesmas Sikui Muara Teweh. Metode: metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ners yaitu dengan metode proses asuhan keperawatan mulai dari pengkajian, menentukan diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi hingga evaluasi keperawatan. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga Tn.K, adalah adanya perubahan kadar glukosa darah yang menurun setelah implementasi menggunakan rebusan daun salam. Kesimpulan: masalah keperawatan utama pada Tn. K dengan ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah sudah teratasi karena ada penurunan kadar gula darah sebesar 25 mg/dl setelah pemberian rebusan daun salam Kata Kunci : Lansia, Diabetes, daun salam 1. Diseases resulting from the aging process followed by chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes mellitus are silent killers that can attack the elderly and reduce the quality of life of the elderly. At the Sikui Health Center during the January-June 2024 period, 30 elderly people suffering from DM were recorded. This figure has increased compared to 2023, which was only 20 people in the January-June 2023 period. Objective: to describe Elderly Nursing Care: DM Type II with Major Nursing Problems Blood Glucose Level Instability in Mr. K aged 65 years with the provision of Herbal Therapy. K age 65 years with the provision of Herbal Therapy: Salam Leaf Decoction Water on Mr. K in Jingah RT 3 UPT Puskesmas Sikui Muara Teweh. Methods: the method used in writing scientific work is the nursing care process method starting from assessment, determining diagnosiss, interventions, implementation to nursing evaluation. Results: The results obtained after nursing care for Mr. K's family were changes in blood glucose levels that decreased after implementation using bay leaf decoction. Conclusion: the main nursing problem in Mr. K with unstable blood glucose levels has been resolved because there is a decrease in blood glucose levels. K with instability of blood glucose levels has been resolved because there is a decrease in blood sugar levels by 25 mg/dl after giving bay leaf decoction. Keywords: Elderly, Diabetes, bay leaves 1.
