Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MEDIKAL BEDAH DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM SARAF STROKE NON HEMORAGIC DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN PERFUSI SELEBRAL TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA TN YA DI BANGSAL ANNA DI RUMAH SAKIT SUAKA INSAN Marianus Aloysio1 , Lucia Andi Chrimilasari2 INTISARI Latar belakang: Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian ketiga di negara industri setelah penyakit arteri koroner (13%) dan kanker (12%). Prevalensi stroke bervariasi di berbagai belahan dunia Tujuan: menggambarkan proses dan hasil asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah dalam mengatasi masalah risiko perfusi jaringan selebral tidak efektif dengan mobilisasi progesif. Hasil: tindakan mobilisasi progesif Kesimpulan: setelah dilakukan implementasi pemberian mobilisasi progesif pada pasien teratasi ditandai dengan tercapainya kriteria hasil ekstermitas pasien membaik, meringis berkurang, mampu melakukan penanganan mobilisasi secara mandiri. The prevalence of stroke varies in different parts of the world Purpose: describes the process and results of medical surgical nursing care in overcoming the risk of ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion with progressive mobilization.. Results: progressive mobilization actions Conclusion: After the implementation of progressive mobilization, the patient resolved, as indicated by the achievement of the patient's extremity outcome criteria, improved, grimacing reduced, and was able to handle mobilization independently.
