Abstract
GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PENDERITA TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEKAUMAN TAHUN 2024 Aryo Okta Juanito¹, Bernadeta Trihandini², Theresia Ivana³ INTISARI Latar Belakang : Pengobatan selama 6 bulan yang dilakukan puskesmas kepada penderita bertujuan untuk menanggulangi penyebaran tuberkulosis agar tidak menjangkit ke masyarakat sekitar dan keluarga penderita, maka itulah pentingnya kepatuhan dalam meminum obat yang telah di berikan dan tidak meninggalkan proses pengobatan, selalu rutin ke puskesmas setiap minggunya untuk mengetahui apa saja perubahan setelah dilakukan pengobatan tersebut. Kepatuhan penderita terhadap program pengobatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dari dalam diri dan kesadaran diri untuk mematuhi aturan pengobatannya.. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui Gambaran Kepatuhan Minum Obat Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Tahun 2024 Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rencangan deskriptif, sampel 30 orang, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Alat ukur peneiltian ini menggunakan kuisioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) Hasil : Kepatuhan Minum Obat Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Tahun 2024, Patuh minum obat OAT sebanyak 20 responden (66.7%) dan tidak patuh minum obat OAT sebanyak10 responden (33.3%). Kesimpulan : Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pekauman Tahun 2024 memiliki tingkat kepatuhan minum obat OAT. Patient compliance with the treatment program is greatly influenced by internal motivation and self-awareness to comply with the treatment regimen. Research Objectives : To determine the description of medication compliance For Pulmonary Tuberculosis With Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients In The Work Area Puskesmas Pekauman 2024 Research Method : The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive design, a sample of 30 people, the sampling technique used is accidental sampling.
