Abstract
GAMBARAN ACTIVITY DAILY LIVING (ADL) LANSIA DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI DESA SIKUI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIKUI TAHUN 2023 Yuni Fitriani1 , Bernadeta Trihadini2 ,Theresia Jamini3 INTISARI Latar belakang: Hipertensi pada lansia mempengaruhi pemenuhan activity daily living (ADL). Di Puskesmas Sikui angka kejadian Hipertensi pada lansia berada pada nomor satu penyakit terbanyak. Lansia penderita hipertensi pada saat serangan gejala pusing mengalami gangguan activity daily living (ADL) seperti toileting, perpindahan posisi turun naik tangga, berjalan memerlukan bantuan sebagian. Tujuan: Menggambarkan Activity Daily Living (ADL) Lansia dengan Hipertensi di Desa Sikui Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sikui Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 36 lansia dengan hipertensi. Instrument untuk pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Indeks Barthel. Analisa data univariat menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi dengan rumus presentase. Hasil: Gambaran Activity Daily Living (ADL) Lansia dengan Hipertensi di Desa Sikui Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sikui Tahun 2023 memiliki tingkat ADL mandiri (52.8%). Kesimpulan: Lansia memiliki gambaran ADL yang berbeda-beda setiap individunya ada yang mandiri dan yang dibantu orang lain, sehingga kebutuhan lansia perlu dipahami oleh keluarga yang membantu merawat para lansia. Sebaiknya diberikan edukasi kepada keluarga lansia terkait bantuan dalam pemenuhan ADL lansia serta fasilitas sederhana untuk memudahkan lansia dalam beraktifitas menyesuaikan kondisinya. In Puskesmas Sikui, the incidence of hypertension in the elderly is the number one disease. Elderly with hypertension at the time of an attack of dizziness symptoms experience disruption of activitiy daily living (ADL) such as toileting, movement of position downstairs and upstairs, and walking that needs some help. Purpose: Describe the Daily Living Activity of the Elderly with Hypertension in Sikui Village, Puskesmas Sikui Working Area in 2023. Method: This research is quantitative with a descriptive design. Sampling using purposive sampling with a total of 36 elderly respondents with hypertension. Instrument for data collection using Barthel Index questionnaire. Analyze univariate data using a frequency distribution table with a presentation formula. Results: Description of Activity Daily Living (ADL) of elderly with hypertension in Sikui Village Puskesmas Working Region Sikui 2023 has an independent rate (52.8%). Conclusion: The elderly have a different picture of ADLs, each individual is independent and who is helped by others, so the needs of the elderly need to be understood by families who help care for the elderly. It is better to provide education to the elderly family related to assistance in the fulfillment of elder ADL as well as simple facilities to facilitate the elder in the activity of adapting to his condition.
