Abstract

GAMBARAN KINERJA PETUGAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN vii CAKUPAN PENEMUAN KASUS SUSPEK TB PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LAMPEONG TAHUN 2023 Yusri1 , Bernadeta Trihandini, Aulia Rachman3 INTISARI Latarbelakang: Penyakit menular tuberkulosis sangat mudah sehingga di Indonesia masih menjadi penyakit penyebab nomor 2. Salah satu solusi yang tepat untuk meingkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat adalah dengan meningkatnya upaya preventif atau pencegahan terhadap segala bentuk penyakit terkhususnya TBC. Pencegahan dan pengendalian TB tidak terlepas dari kinerja petugas TB. Tujuan : Menggambarkan Kinerja Petugas dalam meningkatkan cakupan penemuan suspek kasus TB paru baru di Puskesmas Lampeong Tahun 2023 Metode: Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Instrument untuk pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner kinerja petugas TB. Hasil : Karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia mayoritas (26-35 Tahun) yaitu (83.3%). Mayoritas responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Perempuan (66.6%). Mayoritas Profesi responden adalah Perawat (43.4%). Mayoritas lama kerja responden >2 Tahun yaitu (73.3%). Gambaran Kinerja Petugas dalam penemuan kasus suspek TB paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lampeong mayoritas responden memiliki Kinerja yang Tidak Sesuai yaitu (70%). Kesimpulan : Kinerja petugas dalam meningkatkan cakupan penemuan kasus TB Paru mendapatkan hasil yang tidak sesuai sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi dari porgram yang telah di buat oleh semua pemangku kepentingan di Puskesmas Lampeong. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Petugas, TB Paru DESCRIPTION OF OFFICER PERFORMANCE IN INCREASING THE SCOPE OF FINDING SUSPECTED PULMONARY TB CASES IN THE LAMPEONG HEALTH CENTER WORK AREA IN 2023 Yusri1 , Bernadeta Trihandini2 , Aulia Rachman3 Abstract Introduction : Tuberculosis infectious disease is so easy that in Indonesia it is still the number 2 cause disease. One of the right solutions to improve public health status is to increase preventive efforts or prevention of all forms of disease, especially tuberculosis. TB prevention and control cannot be separated from the performance of TB officers. Purpose: Describe the Officer's Performance in increasing the scope of finding new suspected pulmonary TB cases at the Lampeong Health Center in 2023 Method: This research is quantitative with a descriptive research design. Sampling using Total Sampling with 30 respondents. Instrument for data collection using TB officer performance questionnaire. Results: Characteristics of respondents based on the age of majority (26-35 years) namely (83.3%). The majority of respondents in this study were women (66.6%). The majority of respondents are nurses (43.4%). The majority of respondents' length of work >2 years is (73.3%). Overview of Officer Performance in finding suspected cases of pulmonary TB in the Lampeong Health Center Work Area, the majority of respondents have Inappropriate Performance, namely (70%). Conclusion: The performance of officers in increasing the scope of finding Pulmonary TB cases has not been appropriate so that there needsto be an evaluation of the program that has been made by all stakeholders at the Lampeong Health Center.
