Abstract

GAMBARAN TINGKAT STRES PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS MUARA TEWEH TAHUN 2023 Nor Cholik1, Warjiman2,Maria Frani Ayu Diaz3 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin,70119, Indonesia Email : norcholik1975@gmail.com Intisari Latar belakang: Penderita hipertensi sangat berpotensi untuk mengalami tanda dan gejala stres, demikian juga sebaliknya. Belum pernah ditemukan penelitian yang menggali keadaan stres pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Muara Teweh. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres yang dialami pada penderita hipertensi yang berobat ke Puskesmas Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 orang penderita hipertensi yang berobat ke Puskesmas Muara Teweh, berusia sekitar usia 20 sampai 60 tahun dan sudah berobat untuk hipertensi selama kurang lebih satu tahun. Sample diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen Perceive Stres Scale-10 ( PSS-10), dianalisis dan disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Mayoritas penderita hipertensi yang berobat di Puskesmas Muara Teweh berada pada usia 45-54 tahun (32%), perempuan (72.8%), dan merupakan IRT (53.76%). Dari 73 penderita hipertensi, 5.44% (4 responden) yang mengalami stres berat, 78.24% (57%) yang mengalami stress sedang dan 16.32% (12 responden) yang mengalami stres ringan. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas penderita Hipertensi yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Teweh memiliki status stres sedang. Kata kunci: Hipertensi, Stres, Puskesmas, Penderita Hipertensi. No research has ever been found exploring stress in hypertension sufferers at the Muara Teweh Health Center. Objectives: This research was conducted to describe the stress level experienced by hypertension sufferers seeking treatment at the Muara Teweh Health Center, North Barito Regency. Method: This research was quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study was 73 people with hypertension who went to the Muara Teweh Health Center, aged around 20 to 60 years, and have been treated for hypertension for about one year—the sample was obtained by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using the Perceive Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) instrument, analyzed, and presented in a frequency distribution table. Results: The majority of hypertension patients who sought treatment at the Muara Teweh Health Center were aged 45-54 years (32%), women (72.8%), and housewives (53.76%). Of the 73 hypertension sufferers, 5.44% (4 respondents) experienced severe stress, 78.24% (57%) experienced moderate stress, and 16.32% (12 respondents) experienced mild stress. Conclusion: The majority of hypertension sufferers who are in the working area of the Muara Teweh Health Center have moderate stress status.
