Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG IMUNISASI DASAR PADA BAYI USIA 0-9 BULAN DI PUSKESMAS MUARA TEWEH BARITO UTARA TAHUN 2023 Noorhayani1, Lucia Andi Chrismilasari2, Lanawati3 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin, 70119, Indonesia Email : killaabay16@gmail.com INTISARI Latar Belakang : Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan atau meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit. Pemberian imunisasi merupakan tindakan pencegahan agar tubuh tidak terjangkit penyakit infeksi tertentu seperti tetatus, batuk rejan (pertussis), campak (measles), polio dan tuberculosis atau terkena sekalipun tidak mengakibatkan hal yang patal bagi tubuh. Menurut WHO ada sekitar 20 juta anak di dunia yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap, bahkan ada yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi sama sekali. Tinggi rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang pentingnya imunisasi bagi anak akan berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi perilaku orang tua untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan imunisasi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Imunisasi Dasar Pada Bayi Usia 0-9 Bulan di Puskesmas Muara Teweh Barito Utara Tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian ini mengunakan deskriftif kualitatif dengan metode survey, Cara menganalisa data mengunakan distribusi prekuensi, Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136 responden. Alat yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Hasil : Tingkat penegetahuan baik sebanyak 65 responden (47,8%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 44 responden (32,4%), pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 27 Responden (19,9%). Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan kegiatan penyuluhan dan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti tentang program imunisasi. Immunization is a preventive measure so that the body does not contract certain infectious diseases such as tetatus, whooping cough (pertussis), measles, polio and tuberculosis or even if it does not cause fatal things to the body. According to WHO, there are about 20 million children in the world who are not fully immunized, and some are not immunized at all. The high and low level of maternal knowledge about the importance of immunization for children will affect the behavior of parents to participate in immunization activities. Objective: This study aims to determine the description of maternal knowledge about basic immunization in infants aged 0-9 months at the Muara Teweh North Barito Health Center in 2022. Methods: This study uses a qualitative descriptive survey method, how to analyze data using frequency distribution, the sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample size of 136 respondents. The tool used in data collection in this study was a questionnaire. Results: The level of good knowledge was 65 respondents (47.8%), sufficient knowledge was 44 respondents (32.4%), poor knowledge was 27 respondents (19.9%). With the results of this study, it is hoped that health workers will further improve counseling activities and use language that is easy to understand about immunization programs.
