Abstract
GAMBARAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI DI RUANG OPERASI UPTD RSUD PURUK CAHU TAHUN 2023 Lindayani Rumbo1, Dyah Trifianingsihi2, Maria Frani Ayu Andari Dias3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Kecemasan preoperatif merupakan masalah yang sering ditemui dalam penanganan pasien sebelum operasi. Tingkat kecemasan preoperatif yang tinggi dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyembuhan luka serta membutuhkan dosis anestesi yang lebih besar dan pemulihan yang buruk. Serta Kecemasan preoperatif memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kesembuhan pasien paska operasi. Tujuan : Mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Pasien Pre Operasi di Ruang Operasi UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam 1 bulan terakhir 90 pasien. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 73 responden yaitu pasien pre operasi di ruang operasi UPTD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Puruk Cahu yang diambil dengan tehnik Purposive Sampling. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan analisa univariat distribusi frekuensi. Hasil : Hasil Analisa univariat didapatkan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi di Ruang Operasi UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu kecemasan sedang dengan jumlah 36 responden (47,2%), tidak ada cemas 27 responden (38,6%), dan kecemasan ringan sebanyak 10 responden (14,3%). Kesimpulan: Mayoritas pasien pre operasi di UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu mengalami cemas sedang. Intervensi keperawatan untuk mengurangi cemas dan meningkatkan kemampuan koping yang positif perluh di berikan oleh perawat kepada pasien sebelum masuk ruang operasi. High levels of preoperative anxiety can result in delayed wound healing as well as requiring larger doses of anesthesia and poor recovery. Preoperative anxiety has a major impact on the recovery of postoperative patients. Objective: Know the description of the level of anxiety in preoperative patients in the operating room of UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu. Method: This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in the last 1 month was 90 patients.The sample of this study used 73 respondents namely preoperative patients in the operating room of UPTD Puruk Cahu Regional General Hospital which was taken with Purposive Sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaires and data were analyzed by univariate analysis of frequency distribution. Results: The results of univariate analysis found the level of anxiety of preoperative patients in the UPTD Operating Room of Puruk Cahu Hospital, moderate anxiety with a total of 36 respondents (47.2%), no anxiety 27 respondents (38.6%), and mild anxiety as many as 10 respondents (14.3%). Conclusion: The majority of preoperative patients at the UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu experienced moderate anxiety. nursing interventions to reduce anxiety and increase positive coping skill need to be given by nurses to patients before entering the operating room.
