Abstract
GAMBARAN KESADARAN IBU MENGENAI KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIKUI TAHUN 2023 Eni Ofrianti1, Dania Relina Sitompul2, Ermeisi Er. Unja3 Stikes Suaka Insan Email: INTISARI Latarbelakang: Masalah gizi di Indonesia semakin komplek. Indonesia mengalami kekurangan gizi kronik. Kekurangan gizi secara jangka panjang menyebabkan kejadian pendek atau dikenal dengan Stunting. Masih banyak ibu yang tidak menyadari kejadian stunting terjadi pada anakknya sehingga terkadang meskipun memiliki informasi yang cukup tetapi tidak mengikuti anjuran yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan : Menggambarkan kesadaran ibu mengenai kejadian stunting pada balita di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sikui Tahun 2023 Metode: Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling dengan jumlah responden 47 orang. Instrument untuk pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner kesadaran ibu. Hasil : Karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia mayoritas (17-25 tahun) 36.2%, Mutlipara (72.4%), Mayoritas pekerjaan terbanyak IRT (83%), Pendidikan SMA (55.3%). Mayoritas Kesadaran Diri Baik (100%). Kesimpulan : Kesadaran diri baik ibu dikarenakan anaknya sudah terdiagnosa stunting, sehingga ibu lebih perduli dan mulai merubah kebiasaan pemberian nutrisi untuk lebih baik lagi. Unja3 Stikes Suaka Insan Email: ABSTRACK Introduction: Nutrition problems in Indonesia are increasingly complex. Indonesia suffers from chronic malnutrition. Long-term malnutrition causes short events or known as stunting. There are still many mothers who do not realize the incidence of stunting happening to their children so sometimes even though they have enough information but do not follow the recommendations that have been given. Purpose: Describe maternal awareness regarding the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Sikui Health Center work area in 2023 Method: This research is quantitative with a descriptive research design. Sampling using Total Sampling with 47 respondents. Instrument for data collection using maternal awareness questionnaire. Results: Characteristics of respondents based on majority age (17-25 years) 36.2%, Mutlipara (72.4%), Majority of jobs most IRT (83%), High School Education (55.3%). The majority of self-awareness is good (100%). Conclusion: The mother's good self-awareness is because her child has been diagnosed with stunting, so the mother is more concerned and begins to change the habit of providing nutrition for the better.
