Abstract
EVALUASI KEPATUHAN PERAWAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN BUNDLE PHLEBITIS DI RUANG RAWAT INAP UPTD RSUD PURUK CAHU Allo Eli Apika , Anggraini Sapariah , Chrisnawati ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Phlebitis merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang cukup sering terjadi di rumah sakit karena merupakan kejadian infeksi yang terjadi selama pasien menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit dalam waktu ≥ 48 jam. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP Bundle Phlebitis. Tujuan: mengevaluasi kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis di Ruang Rawat Inap UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan menggunakan Analisis univariat. Hasil: mayoritas responden patuh terhadap pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis di Ruang Rawat Inap UPTD RSUD Puruk Cahu sebanyak 36 orang (87,8%) dan yang tidak patuh sebanyak 5 orang (12,2%). Kesimpulan: Tingkat kepatuhan perawat secara kesulurahan sudah baik artinya perawat sudah melaksanakan tindakan pencegahan bundle phlebitis sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh PPI. Saran : (1) pemberian sanksi kepada perawat yang selalu tidak patuh melaksanakan sop bundle phlebitis, (2) mengadakan pelatihan tentang pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis, (3) melakukan supervisi kepada perawat pelaksana terkait pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis, (4) meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis agar dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. It is necessary to evaluate the compliance of nurses in implementing the Phlebitis Bundle SOP. Objective: to evaluate the compliance of nurses in the implementation of phlebitis bundles in the UPTD Inpatient Room at Puruk Cahu Hospital. Methods: Quantitative study with a descriptive design, the sample in this study were nurses in inpatient rooms. Sampling was done by total sampling. Data collected through observation sheets and using univariate analysis. Results: the majority of respondents adhered to the implementation of phlebitis bundles in the UPTD Inpatient Room of Puruk Cahu Hospital as many as 36 people (87.8%) and 5 people who were disobedient (12.2%). Conclusion: The overall level of nurse compliance is good, meaning that nurses have carried out bundle phlebitis prevention measures in accordance with the standards set by PPI. Suggestions: (1) giving sanctions to nurses who are always disobedient in carrying out bundle phlebitis, (2) conducting training on implementing bundle phlebitis, (3) supervising implementing nurses regarding the implementation of bundle phlebitis, (4) increasing knowledge of implementing bundle phlebitis so that can improve the implementation of bundle phlebitis in accordance with existing procedures.
