Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF DRUG COMPLIANCE IN TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS IN THE ISOLATION ROOM OF MUARA TEWEH HOSPITAL IN 2023 Armintoyono1, Warjiman 2, Ermeisi Er Unja 3 ABSTRACT Background : TB treatment problem factor is treatment adherence. Failure to complete treatment can cause patients to relapse, potentially infect contacts and increase the risk of drug resistance, so adherence to taking medication affects the success of treatment. Objective : To purpose of this research was to how the description of drug compliance in tuberculosis patients in the isolation room of Muara Teweh Hospital in 2023. Method : This type of quantitative research. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. The total population was 36 respondents and the samples obtained were 36 respondents. The research instrument used the MMAS-8 questionnaire. Patient compliance data were classified into 3 categories, namely high, medium and low adherence. Data was analyzed descriptively and presented into tables and narrations. Result : The result showed that description of drug compliance in tuberculosis patients in the isolation room of Muara Teweh Hospital had a high category of 88,89% , a medium category of 0% and a low category of 11,11% Conclusion : Description of drug compliance in tuberculosis patients in the isolation room of Muara Teweh Hospital had a high category. keywords : Drug Compliance, Tuberculosis patients 1. The lecture of nursing program Suaka Insan school of health sciences higher education GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS DI RUANG ISOLASI RSUD MUARA TEWEH TAHUN 2023 Armintoyono1, Warjiman 2, Ermeisi Er Unja 3 INTISARI Latar Belakang : Faktor masalah pengobatan TB adalah kepatuhan pengobatan. Kegagalan menyelesaikan pengobatan dapat menyebabkan pasien kambuh, berpotensi menulari kontak dan meningkatkan risiko resistensi terhadap obat, oleh sebab itu Kepatuhan minum obat berpengaruh pada keberhasilan pengobatan. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Tuberkulosis Di Ruang Isolasi RSUD Muara Teweh Tahun 2023. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel data menggunakan teknik total sampling. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 36 responden dan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 36 responden. Instrument untuk pengambilan data digunakan kuesioner MMAS-8. Kepatuhan pasien diklasifikasikan dalam 3 kategori, yaitu kepatuhan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam tabel dan narasi. Hasil : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil Gambaran Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada Pasien Tuberkulosis di Ruang Isolasi RSUD Muara Teweh memiliki kategori tinggi sebanyak 88,89%, kategori sedang sebanyak 0% dan kategori rendah sebanyak 11,11%. Kesimpulan : Gambaran Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada Pasien Tuberkulosis di Ruang Isolasi RSUD Muara Teweh memiliki kategori tinggi.
