Abstract

Family perception regarding free home of smoking behavior on Mampuak Village 2022 Rikki Novantri 1, Theresia Ivana 2, Maria Silvana Dhawo 3 ABSTRACT Background : Smoking at home is the lowest behavior to achieve the healthy indicator with percentage of 58.1%. It becomes the main problem for the health professionals at Public Health Service in Mampuak Village, North Barito Distric, Central Borneo. Therefore, the awareness of the family at home becomes nessesary to improve the knowledge and actively participate in reducing the effect of the smokers. Purpose : The study aimed to identify the family perception regarding free home of smoking behavior on Mampuak Village 2022. Method : The study utilized quantitative design. 30 participatnts joined in the study selected by inclusion criteria. Questionnaire was used to collect the data and univariate analysis utilized to analyze the findings. Result : Majority 16 respondents (53%) were having a positive perception and 14 respondents (47%) were having negative perception. Conclusion : Nurses as the frontliners in public health center should improve their performance in raising the awareness of the family member regarding free home of smoking behavior. Keywords : Family members, Free Home of Smoking Behavior, Perception. 1 The Student of nursing program Suaka Insan school of health sciences higher education 2 The Lecturers of nursing program Suaka Insan school of health sciences higher education 3 The Lecturers of nursing program Suaka Insan school of health sciences higher education Gambaran Persepsi Anggota Rumah Tangga Terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat Tidak Merokok Dalam Rumah Di Desa Mampuak I Tahun 2022 Rikki Novantri1, Theresia Ivana2, Maria Silvana Dhawo3 INTISARI Latar Belakang: Merokok dalam rumah merupakan indikator PHBS terendah dengan persentase 58,1% dan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan saat ini di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mampuak, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, perlunya peran serta aktif dan kesadaran anggota keluarga dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kesehatan di tatanan rumah tangga serta masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang persepsi anggota rumah tangga terhadap perilaku hidup bersih sehat tidak merokok dalam rumah Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah metode deskritif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua keluarga di Desa Mampuak 1, Kabupaten Barito Utara sebanyak 28 KK, dengan total jiwa 124 orang. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh penelit dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik sampling yang digunaan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Analisi yang digunakan ialah anlisis univariat (analisis deskritif). Hasil: Hasil distribusi frekuensi persepsi responden terhadap perilaku bersih sehat tidak merokok dalam rumah, dari total 30 responden, 14 responden dengan persepsi negatif (47%) dan 16 responden dengan persepsi positif (53%). Kesimpulan: Tenaga kesehatan khusunya perawat diharapkan senantiasa meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat terutama mengenai kegiatan PHBS dan keluarga diharapkan senantiasa menambah pengetahuan sehingga mampu melaksanakan PHBS sehari-hari.
