Abstract

GAMBARAN PERSEPSI DAN MOTIVASI MAHASISWA/I PENDIDIKAN ILMU KEPERAWATAN TENTANG PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI STIKES SUAKA INSAN BANJARMASIN TAHUN 2022 Tri Susanto1 , Septi Machelia Champaca2 , Maria Frani Ayu Andari Diaz3 1.2.3Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Suaka Insan Banjarmasin, 70119, Indonesia INTISARI Latar Belakang : Pembelajaran daring dikonotasikan sebagai pembelajaran terbuka dan menggunakan perangkat. Pandemi covid-19 ini memberikan dampak ke segala sektor, terkhususnya pendidikan sehingga menimbulkan persepsi dan motivasi mahasiswa menjadi negatif, banyak keluhan dari segi media belajar yang digunakan, interaksi yang kurang saat perkuliahan dan sulit memahami materi yang dijelaskan secara daring. Tujuan Penelitian : Menggambarkan persepsi dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa/I Pendidikan Ilmu Keperawatan Tentang Pembelajaran Daring di Era Pandemi Covid-19 di STIKES Suaka Insan Metode Penelitian : Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner disebar secara online menggunakan Google Form, diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 173 mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan semester II - VIII yang terlibat pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan analisis univariat dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi jenis kelamin, usia dan semester. Hasil : Persepsi Mahasiswa/I Keperawatan STIKES Suaka Insan mempunya persepsi positif sebanyak 165 orang (95,4%) dan persepsi negatif sebanyak 8 orang (4,6%). Motivasi Mahasiswa/I Keperawatan STIKES Suaka Insan, didapatkan hasil jumlah kategori terbanyak adalah kategori Baik 145 orang (83,8%), kategori Cukup 26 orang (15,0%), kategori Kurang Baik 2 orang (1,2%) dan kategori Tidak Baik 0 (0%). Kesimpulan : Mayoritas mahasiswa/I STIKES Suaka Insan memiliki persepsi positif dan motivasi belajar yang baik. Dengan adanya hal tersebut pembelejaran daring di STIKES Suaka Insan harus dipertahankan dan tingkatkan lagi, baik dari segi media, teknologi dan interkasi saat pembelajaran daring. Many complaints from the learning media resulted in lack of interaction during lectures, and difficulty understanding the material that is explained boldly. Objectives: To describe the perceptions and learning motivations of Nursing students about Online Learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era at STIKES Suka Insan Methods: This study was used a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online using Google Form, taken by purposive sampling method. The number of research samples was 173 students of the Nursing Program, semester II – VIII, involving in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was used univariate analysis with frequency distribution tables for gender, age and semester. Results: Nursing students in STIKES Suaka Insan, having positive perceptions as many as 165 people (95.4%) and negative perceptions as many as 8 people (4.6%). Nursing Student motivation was in the most categories, namely good category 145 people (83.8%), moderate category 26 people (15.0%), poor category 2 people (1.2%) and not good category 0 (0%). Conclusion: Majority of nursing students of STIKES Suaka Insan have positive perceptions and good learning motivation. Online learning must be maintained and improved, both in terms of media, technology and learning interactions between lecturers and students.
