Abstract
GAMBARAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MELAKUKAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DI PUSKESMAS KARANG MEKAR TAHUN 2022 Ricky Saputra1, Bernadeta Trihandini2, Aulia Rachman3 INTISARI Latar Belakang: Keragu-raguan terhadap vaksin covid-19 menjadi penghalang utama untuk pengambilan vaksin dan pencapaian kekebalan komunitas. Keluarga memiliki tugas dalam menjaga kesehatan setiap anggota keluarganya yaitu mencegah terjadinya gangguan kesehatan. Dukungan keluarga merupakan salah satu tugas keluarga untuk mencegah terjadinya gangguan kesehatan salah satunya mengikuti vaksinasi covid-19. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dukungan keluarga dalam keputusan untuk melakukan vaksin covid-19 pada anak usia sekolah. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang yang kebetulan dijumpai pada waktu pengumpulan data. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dukungan keluarga dengan 18 Pertanyaan dan telah dilakukan uji validitas mengunakan teknik koefisien point biseral dengan nilai terendah dari uji validitas adalah 0.370 dan nilai tertingginya adalah 0.954 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan KR-20 dengan didaptkan hasil 0.763 serta uji etik dengan nomor surat No.219/UMB/KE/VI/2022. Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas adalah berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 24 responden (80%), umur berada di rentang umur 26-30 tahun sebanyak 16 responden (37%), pendidikan terakhir berada di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang sebanyak 12 responden (40%), bekerja sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga didapati sebanyak 14 responden (47%). Dukungan keluarga dari 30 responden didapatkan sebanyak 28 responden (93%) dengan dukungan keluarga yang baik dan sebanyak 2 responden (7%) dengan dukungan keluarga yang cukup. Kesimpulan : Mayoritas responden mendapat kategori dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 28 responden (93%). The family has a duty in maintaining the health of each member of their family, which is to prevent health problems. Family support is one of the family's duties to prevent health problems, one of which is participating in the covid-19 vaccination. Objective : This study aims to describe family support in the decision to carry out the covid-19 vaccine at school age children Method : The type of this research is a quantitative study with a descriptive research design. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The number of samples was 30 people who happened to be encountered at the time of data collection. The research instrument is in the form of a family support questionnaire with 18 questions and a validity test has been carried out using the biseral point coefficient technique with the lowest value of the validity test is 0.370 and the highest value is 0.954 and the reliability test using KR-20 with the result 0.763 and the ethical test with letter number No.219/UMB/KE/VI/2022. Result : the results of research, it was found that the majority of respondents were female as many as 24 respondents (80%), and the majority of respondents' ages were in the age range of 26-30 years as many as 16 respondents (37%), and the majority of respondents had the last education in high school, which was 12. respondents (40%), then the majority of respondents worked as housewives which were found to be 14 respondents (47%). Family support from 30 respondents obtained as many as 28 respondents (93%) with good family support and as many as 2 respondents (7%) with sufficient family support.
